Will at front desk was awesome polite and prompt. Easy to find rooms with directions given by staff. Park was easy and convenient.

The rooms need exterminators to spray them or if the do get sprayed it needs to be more often. The shower curtains are not even the right ones. Carpet floors need a bit more vacuuming.

At the time at check in the gentleman Will was polite and apologized becuase the elevator were broken due to a power outage they just had but he was able to find a room on the first floor for us since my mother was in a wheelchair. He was excellent

Melba from the kitchen was horrible unapologetic, rude and was dropping everything, set up breakfast late the breakfast bar was dirty and not tidy. Because of her I will never stay at this holiday Inn ever again.....she really put a damper in my stay. She scared my son and days after we had left he was asking me questions about the confrontation we had. You have no idea how hurt this made me having to excuse this woman just so my son could be okay with what happened. This should of never happened.....there were some items in the room that were loose like the bathroom door handle, the toilet seat moved and was loose, there was no extra toilet paper in the room and no bags in any of the garbage cans in the room

Second floor hallway carpet dirty and in need of vacuuming & paint. Hard bed- too hard to allow for sleep- a 2-3 in topper would correct this. Constant noise coming in thru the wall a/c- like plastic rubbing against the building. All. Night. Long. Room was dusty and trash was on floor- hadn’t been vacuumed, I’m sure. Bath lights were dim with odd purple hue. Glad a hot breakfast was offered but in reality the center of the omelette was still frozen. This hotel needs maintenance (jacuzzi broken, ice machines broken, etc, etc) and someone to care about the guest experience.

A good choice to explore Globe City and Miami from, large rooms and bathrooms make it convenient for both business visitors and those enjoying hikes in the hills and canyons surrounding Globe City. Excellent wifi connection.

Swimming pool was unheated and too cold to use, hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was disappointing.

It was a bit noisy in the room. The bathroom you can tell hadn't been cleaned very well. There was a constant clicking noise all night too!

No hot water!!!! Washer kept taking my money & didn't work Breakfast was poorly to together, eggs were burnt, but still put out 🤢 🤮. We stayed 4 nights. I hope they refund me for the 2 days without hot water!!!!!
