Outdated room / kitchen Dried up Urine/ blood on toilet seat Cobb webs on ceiling Dirty tub

The staff double charged me,for my saty.I was then told my $250 would be refunded to my account, but that hasn't happened, as if yet?!

Badly managed. First room smelled like smoke and had to move. Sofa bed had no sheets and i had to go ask even though they knew I had 4 people. When the have sheets it has stains on them which shows they were dirty. Irresponsible and careless for them to lie and hand me dirty sheets. Breakfast was coffee, muffin and bars, That is not breakfast. First and last time I will stay at a Extended Stay Hotel.

Breakfast was good for something quick and easy. No frills. The location is ok. It is near a lot of things, but far enough away from the main attraction venues that the price isn't astronomical. The rooms are large. The kitchen, bedroom, and living area are spacious enough. There's lots of convenient parking.

Just the lighting in the bathroom is not very bright and the drapes are right above the AC/Heat but they're thin, so they blow outward.
