El desayuno no muy bueno le faltan más alimentos

Más alimentos en el desayuno cómo huevo , tocino , jamón etc. y están algo viejos los muebles los colchones

The location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was definitely a plus.

Bugs everywhere! My kids were very scared of bugs so they didn’t want to sleep in the bed because there were bugs all over in bed, roof, bathroom, and on the was. We had to request for sheets to put over the bed so the kids could sleep on the top. The curtains are all stained. Poorly managed.

Absolutely nothing. It was old. I can accept this but it was dirty, bugs on the bed and walls, and I was so grossed out. I left one day early.

The towel they gave me was alll torn and old. Everything was old. The remote of tv had no battery couldn’t change channel the entire night. Then the alarm clock didn’t work and the phone to call the front desk didn’t work. It was a disgusting stay. The young man tried to play it like I was crazy and the bugs were normal. He gave me a paper about the bugs didn’t offer to change sheets. Nothing. I slept on the chair the second night because I was disgusted by the bugs on the bed. Stated the bugs were not bed bugs they looked like them and that they were normal to Colorado. I stayed at 5 hotels during my trip and only had this problem here.

The pool and slide was a deal breaker 😃

The pool was great for the kids

The sink was broke, the sheets were not changed and were dirty and hairy. The microwave did not work, the shower curtain was broken, the security lock on the door was broke. The place was dirty and in disrepair.
