Room is a bit small but has all we need and location is convenient to places.

You have to through the main entrance to get in and out but they try to keep the property clean I assume

The many different choices of breakfast. The breakfast bar attendant works so efficiently to make sure all the items are well stocked.

The beds were very comfortable, parking was great and the room was a fantastic size. The staff were polite and helpful.

For what we needed the location was slightly out of town and definitely required a car. But a good motel location from the highway.

Comfy bed ,clean bathroom,yammy breakfast,courteous and friendly staff,spacious room. Happy welcoming.

Noisy aircondition

Breakfast was fine. Kitchen staff, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The motel itself and property were very clean

The safe in our room wouldn't open. Front desk told us that most of the safes are broken. The hair dryer quit working the 2nd morning. Bathroom fan did not work at all.

The breakfast was great. Great selection and very clean. The man managing the the breakfast area was great at keeping everything stocked and cleaned

We liked having a sliding door to open for fresh air!

The TV in our daughters' room didn't work. The people above us were noisy. The tub was a bit slippery. 😬

My only negative comment would be the tub mat, which should have been replaced a long time ago. Very nice staff, and great location. WiFi worked very well

Comfortable mattress

I wish the A/C airflow would be possible to change, it was always one direction to the bed that is next to it; my husband got pain in his neck the next morning due to the cold air running from the A/C.

Easy access to everything, pretty well maintained.

Old

Great sized room; patio door opens so you can sit outside, clean and bed was comfortable. I could smell breakfast, but I never went down...just not a breakfast eater, but smelled great. Close to Grand Mesa and The Colorado Monument which is why I came.

Nothing

The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was immaculate and the breakfast was very good.

The hallways and breakfast room are warm. Better chairs for the balcony and maybe a small table in the rooms .

Distance from the University, it was nice and close 

It wasn’t very well lit at night as a woman traveling alone

Pretty decent for the price! There was a full American breakfast that was decent

Property is old and dated. Noisy! No desk staff when arrived, 15 minute delay. I’ll try someplace else next time

We had a pet friendly room that smelled like pee covered by deodorizer. The room could use some upgrading.

The staff were very kind and friendly.

the buildings and rooms are very dated. The bathroom tiles are broken and appear to be moldy, the sliding glass door would not lock appropriately and the beds were very worn and we would roll to one side and into the middle. it had an I overwhelming scent of disinfectant.
