Breakfast is good.

Hot tub was out-of-order. It was unfortunate, but the Hot Tub was one of the reasons I choose this hotel/motel.

Room size

They charged for parking without telling us first and taxes very high!!

The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate. They even had a gift waiting for my daughter's birthday at check in!

Very clean and relaxing environment. Kid friendly and nice breakfast.

The night time front desk clerk was rude and yelled at my hyper son for jumping in the pool. I don't think she saw me sitting in the corner. It was most unpleasant and unnecessary. She was unable to give me an extra blanket as we were so cold in the room even when heat was turned up. Idk why the hotel would run out of spare blankets, but that kind of sucked. Was only night clerk, the other front desk clerk was great

Breakfast was very good - lots of options. Bed, couch room were comfortable and clean, kitchen was clean

Room seemed kind of run down. Television totally antiquated - had a good amount of channel choices but not even a guide to see what was currently on, and no way of streaming unless you brought a device with you such as firestick or chrome that you plugged into the TV. For being one of the more expensive hotels out of many choices these things were dissapointing.

The outside doors didn't work. So it was along walk. They charged us 9.00 a night to park. The bed was way low to the ground. The tvs were very small. A soda pop was 4.00 there was no information about breakfast in the room. Not sure if there was a breakfast. Just was a strange experience.
