We specifically chose this hotel because we have been on the road driving for 2 days and we we're really sore and was glad they had a hot tub. Only to be told at check in that the pool and hot tub were shut down and we couldn't use them. There were cheaper hotels in the area I could have chosen but didn't because they didn't have a hot tub so the only reason I paid more and chose this one was for the hot tub only to not be able to use it.

Well, they need to put in new windows. When I entered the room, I actually thought the window was open because the traffic noise was really bad, so checked, just poor windows. Room was clean, quiet, (except for window noise) and bed was very comfortable.

Window noise and they charged 25 dollars for dog, most motels charge 15. For 25 dollars, I could have boarded my dog at a kennel and they would have walked and fed him too.

Staff un organized the pool.was closed breakfast was decent the staff and housekeeping rude and I had one towel in room and one roll of toilet paper for a 4day stay

Pool was closed, location was a little hard to get to Bedside table had 2 outlets. One for clock and one for lamp. Had to unplug clock to charge phone

Good check-in. Dorothy was very pleasant to deal with. Room was comfortable and about average in this price range. One light was out, mentioned it at the desk and it was fixed before we got back. Close to Interstate and downtown accessible .

A little tricky to get to without GPS but doable.

We sleep ok, after my daughter checked for bed bugs. There wasn’t even a sheet on one of the beds. The bed was comfortable so that was the good part. The young man who checked us in was very nice, thank you

A more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated. Drive up appearance was disappointing, Pool and hot tub were closed. Noticed it was a facility where people lived not just did a short stay. Stairwells smelled of weed usage. Booking.com definitely photoshopped this place. Morning breakfast had limited selections

I was pleased with everything from the friendliness of the staff to the homey feel of the hotel. I will definitely be a returning customer and let other people who are in the area know this is an amazing place to stay.

Beds were comfortable.

Bathroom was horribly dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Stains and mold on the shower curtain. Just felt gross and made you wonder about the rest of the room. Were those really clean sheets or just a bed that had been remade?
