Nice and for the most part clean! No odor in the room..

we reserved a non smoking room, room was clearly not, it smelled liked walking straight into an ash tray. went downstairs to have a room change, was informed there was no hot water and that all rooms pretty much are pretty much used for smoking . Room was supposed to be refunded however still trying to get that taken care of.

There were roaches in the rooms had to be moved from one room to another smelled like cigarettes...

it was not clean smelled of mildew, ant issue in the cooking area floors were sticky and a roach crawled on my face while I was asleep. I checked out early! the door to the room looked as it had been kicked in and the latch was missing to secure the door. I purchased my own cleaning and sanitizing products and carpet freshener to mask the smell. the wi-if was slow so I used most of my cellular data for a hot spot did not get daily clean towels they had to be given to the front desk to wash. they were given back unfolded in a plastic bag. my room key had to be refreshed constantly.

when I checked in they cable problems so it wasn’t no tv for about 2 days but me and my wife was out enjoying the city so it didn’t matter to much

I approved of the cleanliness of the room and appliances.

Slamming of doors, moments of people arguing throughout the night during my stay at the hotel as well as someone approaching me and my friend in the parking area intoxicated asking for money

The bed was comfortable.

The room had a smell of some type of cleaning solution. The floor was sticky from the film of the cleaning solution. The lights in the rooms were extremely dim. I could barely see in the whole in the bathroom. There is no light over the shower which is a hazard in a handicapped accessible room. There was a dead roach in the refrigerator. The curtains were torn and wouldn’t close properly.

The outside appearance was very clean and professional.

The customer service was lacking other than the the gentleman who checked us in and the lady who replaced him later on in the night. There were cockroaches and the constant noise above us kept us awake. The food smell that lingered in the hallway was unpleasant as well.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke (non-smoking room). They couldn’t give me a new room saying no other rooms available. Then said they couldn’t give me a refund and I’d have to contact booking.com. The front desk clerk had no options available for me, which was frustrating.
