"breakfast" is just coffee and cereal bars/quick oats.

I liked that It's a locked/gates facility. Staff was super friendly. Great location.

There was no ice machine was the only downside they did offer ice trays. Went next door to the shell station and bought some.

Granola bars and cupcakes only go so far.

The room had an awful odor! We sleep with the windows open and the bathroom fan on hoping to clear it out... It didn't work. Smelled like rotting garlic.

the location only is the best part of it, the rest is absolutely disgusting.

the room wasn’t clean. 100% dirty upon checked in, looks like someone just use it and left.

Furniture was in disrepair, stains and burn marks throughout the carpet, visible water damage, toilet barely flushed, smelled like smoke, lots of homeless everywhere,dogs barking 24 hours a day

The desk clerk at night was very nice.

How it was 15 minutes after check out time and the manager was banging on the door screaming how she was charging us late fees for late check out. Letting everybody on the floor know our business. Kind of rude considering that the phone in the room did not work and it could not call the front desk to let them know I was going to be a few minutes late.

Took long time to check in. Suite had kitchen but no kitchenware, silverware or coffee pot. Had to ask a couple of times for coffeepot.

very cold shower, summer blankets, entry/ hallways/ elevator were dirty and there were bags of trash laying around and the floor were filthy the carpet was also dirty. Your building and rooms are worn out and in need of an overhaul! We asked about the hot water and were told that we would have to wait for someone to check on it. I was not able to bath due to this and my friend was very upset about taking a COLD shower. your breakfast that was served sucked! you had coffee, granola bars and instant oatmeal with nothing to put it in or eat it with. we overheard someone asking for muffins and asked for one or we would have had that!
