This is our second stay at Oxford Suites Silverdale and we will be returning. Rooms are clean, well stocked, quiet, and comfortable. We especially like the complimentary breakfast (delicious!) & soup/salad dinner along with the excellent kitchen staff. This hotel is close to many shops and restaurants as well (Hops & Drops and Spiro’s are great local restaurants!).

We were very happy with our accommodations! We have stayed at other hotels in Silverdale and we like Oxford Suites the best! We will stay here from now on! The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious and the offering of soup and salad in the early evening is amazing! All the hotel staff are so friendly and make you feel like you are visiting family! My husband was very happy with the gym, especially the peloton! We both used the jacuzzi and the sauna also. It was just a wonderful relaxing trip! I highly recommend staying here! Best hotel in Silverdale!!

Free breakfast, drink tickets, and dinner! It was a great deal and a great location. Will be staying here from now on when we visit out daughter and her family.

We had booked the hotel because they had a hot tub and it was broke when we checked in. We were very disappointed.

Breakfast was tasty, the pool was great, the view was beautiful, great customer service and pet friendly :)
The Bistro restaurant inside the hotel had terrible food that was just inedible. Stale and felt like it had been left out and microwaved. I was concerned about food safety. Also, the sauna was out of service.

The room was nice and clean. That is pretty normal for this establishment. Staff are friendly. Also, the location is in the heart of Silverdale.
Overhead offerings of evening complimentary items but weren't told when we checked in. The room was overly heated. Overall, we would still stay again.

The location, room and atmosphere was great. Also, the lady, that was helping us at dinner, was very understanding of my little picky eater and prepared a box of French toasts to go.
my only suggestion is to use a bit less chemicals (or chemicals with less odor) in the pool

The location was good and the staff were great. The bed was also very comfortable.
The room itself wasn't great. Could hear every little noise, could keep hearing a mechanical noise coming from the bathroom every 45 min or so. The layout was rather odd as well. Not that it was that important, but the TV kept cutting in and out. Also, the elevator would stall and do a weird shift at the start of it moving that made me think it was about to fall haha.

very clean and excellent location. The hot breakfast buffet was excellent and had different options the two days we were there. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was ok.
The original room we were in (223) was awful. The couch must be from the 70's had multiple stains, the picture window was filthy 9could not see out of it for all the streaks), the toilet is for small children and no grab bars of any kind, the mat for the tub had 2 footprints on it before my use. The furniture is old and a large armoire sat in front of the dresser with the TV so you had to move the TV to see it from the second bed. The TV turned itself on at 1AM waking me up from a sound sleep!

Spacious rooms and bathtub.
Another visitor kept complaining about my children walking around our room. I don't know if this place just isnt family friendly or if theres really thin walls or if the grown man throwing a tantrum was just exaggerating and having some sort of mental health issue but we paid too much money for this and it ruined the trip. I will not do this again.

We had a great time at the pool. The room was very spacious with a nice water view.
There is not a lot of parking.

Great complimentary hot breakfast in their Waterfront Bistro, dining staff person Leona was especially charming and friendly; appreciated free tickets to manager reception on our last day. Really appreciated refillable toiletries; the lemongrass sage fragrance is very pleasing. How about selling some in your little store? Also props for ceramic mugs and glasses in room rather than disposables.
Hotel could use another elevator for employees so guests and workers don't have to get in each other's way. Wish WiFi were secured instead of wide open. The chaise sofa in our room was a nice touch it was too soft and squishy for comfort. Our stay was for 3 nights but we had to ask for the breakfast tickets every morning rather than being given them all at check-in.
