Cleaner facilities and locks that were not broken.
Lock bolt was broken. Floors felt dirty. Too many people randomly walking arond in the night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The area felt safe.
We were on a road trip and stayed in lots of hotel/motels in the cheaper range but unfortunately this one was the least good. Our first room had mould on the ceiling. The second one smelled really strongly of damp too.The whole place just needs a really good renovation.

Wifi never worked. Door key stoped working twice. Smelled like mildew. Old and antiquated room.

Great place for the Price!!
Front Desk Staff was on point!! Very Helpful.. There's a $50 deposit required staying at this hotel so keep that in mind.. It was a very comfortable and clean room. Ended up staying an extra night there .. You can literally walk to get something to eat without getting ran over.. lots of places to choose from!! That's what we did..
The only thing that I didn't like was that I didn't notice a pool on property

The room was dirty. No one changed the sheets on the bed. One bed was full of beach dirt and was never changed from the previous person. The water in the shower was not hot. My sink was broken I had no microwave or mini fridge, I was told one room and got another. No one Answers the phones at all. I left my glasses and no one even answered or called for me to get them

Room and bed sheets smelled like bug spray. Could feel the springs in the bed. No hair dryer, mini fridge or microwave.

100 cash deposit!!! Ridiculous! We are 62 years old. We don't have pets. The room has no microwave or fridge. Very small. I know anyone can come from another country and buy hotels, that great really! But we do have a code of courtesy in the U.S.. The 100 CASH deposit is a deal breaker!!!!! We won't stay again. Also, plastic bag over fire alarm, I don't know why. See pictures. How safe is that!!!

Clean with comfortable bed
No fridge or microwave and was small. Somebody POUNDED on our door 30 minutes before our alarm went off. When I opened the door to see who woke us up there were staff standing there. When I angrily asked them why they did that and woke us up they denied doing it. 😕 "Somebody else did it " they said. Drove all day the day before and just wanted undisturbed sleep to finish the next 7 hours of driving to finish my trip home from vacation. So.....regardless of who pounded on our door and woke us up........it shouldn't have happened. That's NOT getting my money's worth. They were apologetic when I checked out but that doesn't undo what was done.

I paid for king superior room . I had a hole in sink , handle to toilet water broken, floors were filthy. Manager was rude.didnt offer to change room or offer discount.

The room was clean and comfortable and smell good and easily accessible and quiet surroundings good AC system they had a great rolling shower which is what we were looking for as I am needing wheelchair accessible the staff was great and friendly and welcoming
There was no fridge or microwave like it said there's was going to be and there was a table and rolling chair that made the room a little small for the wheelchair we just moved them... and the lighting in bathroom n above the bed some of the lights where not working and we could have used some extra towels

the comforter had a few stains on the top which was a brownish color, had no smoke rooms Available no ice machine in my area in the walk area I had to walk to the other section of the hotel to get ice from the machine no cups had to get coffee cups out of the front lobby Wi-Fi code was given wrong

It was right off the freeway and they had a room for me when my original reservation did not.
In the morning, the maid opened the door without even knocking first. When I told the people at the front desk, they didn't seem to care.

The room was clean and comfortable
The door to the back to get in didn't have a mechanism on it so that it would shut slowly so every time someone would go in and out the door would slam. There was a fight in the hallway was screaming and yelling and the police came. I didn't get any sleep all night. The floors in the hallway were filthy. I feel that I should get a credit for at least half of the money I paid there due to all of the screaming and yelling and not getting any sleep at all. I was moving from Florida to Arizona and this was my fifth day of driving with a U-Haul truck all by myself. And I am also disabled so this was very hard on me. I will say that the staff was very nice but everything else was a nightmare.
