Hot water with good pressure. Swimming pool. Lots of parking. Heater in the room worked good. Top of the bed (not including the bed skirts) looked clean.

Filthy. Run down. Peeling wallpaper, dirty toilet, dirty curtains & bed skirts. Dirty walls with something dripping down the walls under the dirty pictures on the walls. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Many doors in the hallway were in disrepair and looked like they have been kicked in. We reserved a king bed only to get there are get 2 queen beds.

The bathroom had water damage on the ceiling alot of poor cosmetics to go along with it. It was a little further from some activities then we liked but I mean it was at least comfortable to sleep there.

Good price. Great Mexican food at the in house restaurant. Staff was friendly.

Not the best location, middle of nowhere, but expected for the price. Pool was rented out to outside groups for birthday parties making it practically unusable for hours at a time. Pool water was very cloudy after said parties. Sauna didn't work properly. Room was okay, furniture was well used and mismatched. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was a grab and go bag.

Always a great stay for a very good price. nice inexpensive rooms and very friendly staff
