The stay was wonderful just couldn’t get the wifi to connect to my laptop but overall I give this place and the staff an amazing 100% on everything. Thanks for the pleasant stay but we had to head back to Las Vegas! We will return!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet.

The "breakfast" consisted of morning beverages, breakfast bars and muffins. Pretty sparse.

The front desk rep, name Peter was horrible he acted like we were bothering him. The microwave was dirty, the bed was wat to hard to the point my back us hurting now.

Room and staff was decent

Location is Bad. Area is not good and very far from any shopping area or ferry station. No service and though they say breakfast available , it is of no use. Just a packed muffin and coffee.

had no HOT water and very difficult to take shower or bath. very, very, very bad. I stay their 3-4 times a year in the last 6-8 years and have never had this water issue. I really should be given a credit for part of this stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, super clean room and free continental breakfast. Target is close by if you need anything.

They seemed short-staffed, because requests took a lot of time to be handled and the breakfast service was late so we did not get to have anything before leaving for our scheduled adventure the second day.

The Front desk Clerk Alexis was an actual sweet heart and went out of her way to make my partner and I's stay as comfortable as possible.

I was there for just one night with my little dog while visiting my son and family in Larkspur and chose this hotel because they would take my doggy and it was close to my son. It was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Towels where left dirty on the floor, but Im happy the manger took care of it. Much appreciated.

There was a kitchen with absolutely nothing in it - not a single cup, plate, pot, pan, utensil. No coffee maker. No shampoo etc in the bathroom. Paying $200 for such a bare room was not good value.

Room was big and comfortable

Front desk staff. One was super inappropriate- asked if I was staying alone and when I said yes he told me I’d be bored and asked if he could be my “friend” then proceeded to call my cell phone for personal reasons- I didn’t answer. Another staff member, when I inquired about a late check out, explained all the reasons why that would inconvenience them. Zero customer service skills.

Colors of room were depressing. Room was not cozy. My first room on the front of the building was noisy from traffic. "Breakfast" was granola bars. That's not breakfast. Coffee was poor
