The air conditioning didn't reach the bed area, it was kind of hot

We expected better

I am happy that we got a handicap room and it was non-smoking. the room did not smell like stale smoke either.

I thought there was a pool, when i was searching for a hotel to stay that was in the requirements. I also checked the box to amke sure breakfast was included. There was not a breakfast.

Noise

The room was okay, because of COVID-19 nothing was open. The room was the only thing that was halfway decent.

We are elderly couple who have health issues and elevator was broken. we had to carry everything upstairs without assistance. This was a suite that didn’t have a coffee pot, ice or anything else in the kitchen area. Halls were noisy with sounds of dogs and smelled of cigarettes.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. The lamp beside the couch was unplugged because the switch on it didn't work. The lamp on the desk had 2 plugs that didn't work. There was nothing in the room, as far as kitchenware, other than 2 coffee cups and a plastic spatula. No coffee machine, no coffee, no tea bags, no spoons, nothing. I had to ask for a coffee maker, which was no problem, but... really. The elevator was out of order and so was the restroom in the lobby.

The bed was decently comfortable. The staff were pleasant. The room was mostly clean and the fan worked.

My husband and I drove 3.5 hours to this hotel and when we got there the front desk lady was nasty. I had to use the bathroom and it was out of order, we were put on the 3rd floor and all of the elevators were out of order and the only parking was in the rear of the hotel. To check in you had to go through the front entrance, but since there was no open parking in the front of the hotel we had to walk through the parking lot because there is also no walkway around the building. The room did not have pots, pans, utensils, dishes or a coffee/tea maker which said they were included in the “amenities”. In addition it said breakfast was included. The only options they had were a few packets of oatmeal and maybe 12 granola bars under the lobby coffee nook. This hotel was nothing as advertised and a huge waste of money.

As crappy as this place is at least the staff is friendly and helpful, although they could have told us at check in that we had to request all the cookware instead of letting us walk all the way up to the 3rd floor.

Place was too small and overcrowded with transient guests. The room was tiny. The elevator was out of service and we were on the 3rd floor.There was no cookware in the room we had to request it and a toaster and coffee maker. The room was obviously not inspected prior to our arrival as there was stuff left in the kitchen from the previous guest. Parking is horrible.

Nothing really

Except for a late check in hence all I wanted to do was sleep, this was a bad room. A tv stand with no stand, a single bar of soap, no shampoo, elevator was down and public bathroom was down. Wouldn’t consider going back.

I liked the kitchen area in the room. Nice to have a stove.

There really in no WiFi. It is so slow and can’t do anything on it like check email or use internet application. If you want internet there you have to pay a high fee. They need to get with the times and provide decent WiFi service for free. The building was under some repairs and elevators not in use.

The facility was clean.

I didn't get the type of room I have already booked/reserved before getting there. I was with my family for the trip and we needed king size and was later changed to queen size on arrival

Dirty, smells like cigarettes, charged for dog, no blanket, no elevator, cig butts all over outside doors…
