Our room was not properly stocked with bath towels, we only had one. No big deal but anyway…

The location was good. The rooms (we had 2 rooms) were comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had plenty of options.
Does need upgrading in areas, especially in technology. Smart TVs are a great thing. They allow for more viewing options when one is in the room. The rooms should also be outfitted with microwaves as well. Never understood why the suites have a stove/oven and a microwave, but the regular rooms only have a mini fridge and no microwave.
Houskeeping needs to be replaced or trained better. The first room's bathroom shower was not clean. Several long black hairs were stuck on the walls, handicap bars, and floor. Toilet tank flapper was bad and constantly was refilling approximately every 5-7 minutes all night long. We were given another room, no questions asked when I explained the situation.

Very simple breakfast but good and very freindly staff.
The Air conditioner was very noisy and I had to turn it off. Not the best option during summer.

Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious.
In checking in Phylis took forever and kept acting like there was no clean room. She called head of housekeeping over twice who showed her several rooms. Luckily after about 10 minutes Stacy came over. On a different computer she had us checked in 2 minutes!

The woman checking us in was fantastic. It was late and we were tired and she was awesome. The room was clean, cool, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I really loved the Dove products in the bathroom.

I was moving out of state and the location was perfect. It was an emotional time for me and both April and Tiffany were among the best I have experienced in this business in a very long time. The attention they gave me during my stay was more than professional, it was very caring.

Facility was clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were nice. Breakfast was amazing, with awesome selection. Close to lots of things, but not in a loud city area.
Pool broke, so it was closed all weekend. Elevators both broke, so we had to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

Staff were rude, lazy, unhelpful and unprofessional. The front desk women behaved arrogant and "ordered" the guests to do this and that. After I said thank you, the front desk just hung up the phone. No greetings, no smiling at all after we did. The night staff refused to provide two keys and said no spare keys were available despite there were piles of keys on the desk. The staff were the worst I have ever met.

The pool was smaller than expected but it was warm.
The sliding bathroom farmhouse style door was awful. There was no way to lock the door and either side had about a 2-3 inch gap. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom either. Wish there was a microwave in the room instead of a snack drawer

The HVAC was loud in my room. I had to turn it off. In the morning I heard doors closing as people left the hotel. Doors are very heavy and they slam shut.
The comforter on my bed is super thin. The hallways are super bright lights! The check in women never smiled as she checked me in.

The staff were in touch before we arrived to ask us for anything that could do for our stay, and it only got better from there. Wonderful people, especially Tiffany.
We also think the cleanliness of every part of the facility, and the design and execution of the bathrooms are exemplary. All those aspects would be great if matched by the 4 and 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in in the US and Europe!
Nothing, really. It would be great if the setting were bucolic and like the Scots Highlands or our home in Maine, but then we never would have stayed here, at the junction of the Mass Pike and Route 495!
