I had constant issues upon check-in.

The room was terrible and unclean. There was not toilet tissue, drawers were missing, the room phone did not work, there was only way way into the hotel and one way out. No worked the front desk for late check-in. They made a copy of my ID and could not tell me how they dispose of the information once I leave. I was then told they do that for cash paying people. I felt unsafe and did not feel like my information was being kept secure. I was traveling with a child and felt unsafe. I stayed one night because I did not have a choice, but I immediately checked out and found a clean and safer places to stay. I was originally booked for a 3 night stay, but could not stay.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

The room was dirty when we got it. Nothing was cleaned. I told the staff if we could get house keeping and they asked me how long did I stay there, at the time I stayed 3 days so far, they told me I had to stay there for two weeks for house keeping to come. Then told me they have a broom I could borrow to clean myself. House keeping only cleans every two weeks. There were so many bugs. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to help but had to because it’s their job. The old man in the front sucks at his job. I said excuse me 3 times while he was on his phone and he ignored me. Then said with attitude “what”? Poor service. The hotel stinks, in the hallways, in the elevators. It just feels dirty and uncomfortable to where you can’t sleep knowing you’ll be okay. I was uncomfortable the entire stay. I couldn’t sleep at all knowing how dirty it was. The water was also yellow/brown. I didn’t even want to shower nor brush my teeth because of how nasty it was. The ac even felt dirty. Everything in that room was nasty and dirty. Taking off your shoes and walking bare foot felt sticky and gross. you’d have so much dirt on your foot just walking in that room. no matter how much you clean your foot, the whole bottom stays black due to dirt. I wouldn’t not recommend staying here unless it’s your last option, like in my case it was. But never again! They need to shut the hotel down.

The staff was yelling at someone on the phone for 5 minutes at check in before helping us. There was a horrible smell throughout the whole building. The room was very dirty. Had not been swept the night stand had sticky stuff all over it the drawer was filled with stuff. There was dust everywhere.

I like the guy at the front desk he was very nice

It was full of addicts one guy pulled 4 parking spaces from me and watched me unpack my luggage with his window half down there was crumbs on one of the bed and my room smelled like big spray
