It was a bed and somewhere to lay your head. Literally across the street from a casino. Location was decent.

The room wasn't by any means what the reviews and website say it is for the cost of the room. Definitely could use some updating inside.

The beds were comfy Great shower

The people in 320 above us were loud, they got up there late and were up until 130am then were up and loud again from 530am on. My dtr called down to front office and the young woman wasn’t helpful in quieting them down. I said something to her when we left that I was not happy and she said well I called and told them and shrugged her shoulders.. obviously not a Big deal to them as they continued. We were exhausted and had to drive home being exhausted. I know she will never stay at your hotel again and will probably let a lot of people know how our experience was. Too bad… because the carpet, even in the hallways were so cushiony, the room was really good, the beds were great, the pillows were fabulous, and yet this one person didn’t care enough to complete our request times two .

The lighting in the room could have been better most of the lamps had been unpluged.

The staff was very nice and helpful our entire stay. All the facilities were cleaned regularly.

The king mattress was very hard and uncomfortable which was my only complaint.

The bathroom was so gross! Muck in the corners of the floor, deep dust on the top of the shower unit. Mold spots on the shower curtain.

The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as a few attractions. I'd also say the price is good for the stay.

I don't know if it's because we had a room with a whirlpool, but the room constantly felt humid. As if to confirm this, I did catch a few bugs in our room that you usually only see in places with high humidity. Also, the whirlpool was very slippery and kind of dangerous, so it could use a rubber mat or something to prevent falling when getting in and out. The beds were quite firm, and the lights were almost all very bright LEDs that were kind of harsh on the eyes.

it was in a great location and was convenient for everything my wife and I wanted to do

1. I was there 5 days and 4 nights and the room was never cleaned even though I was told it would be serviced on the 3rd day 2. I was never greeted or even acknowledged whenever I walked in and out of the hotel. that includes when I checked in

The location of the property made parking a nightmare. We had to park at the back of the building and it was not well lit. With the casino so close, we didn’t feel comfortable in that parking lot.

Breakfast was a good HOT breakfast including eggs, sausage patties, fried potatoes, biscuit and gravy. Also available was fruit, yogurt, cereal and waffles. Comfortable bedding, great bathroom and nice modern decor. Friendly staff Very quiet....

where to begin….when I checked in the front desk staff was extremely rude. I had forgotten my toothbrush and when asked if they had anything she rolled her eyes huffed at me and handed me one. The next morning I work up to my account being overdrawn due to them charging my card twice and I am still dealing with this issue as they will not refund me my money for the second charge so I paid $1000 for a four night stay. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and our refrigerator didn’t shut properly. Overall, we will not be staying here again and I am very frustrated by the rude staff.
