Tolle Lage und schöne Anlage mit Pool. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Nächte. Das Bad war groß und gut ausgestattet. Trotz der nahen Lage zur Duval Street war es ruhig. Die Klimaanlage war dafür leider ziemlich laut, wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken kann man umsonst, wir sind alles zu Fuß gegangen und haben unseren Mietwagen nicht bewegt.

Douglas House is a really charming guesthouse in Key West perfectly located right next to Duval street. Everything you are looking for in Key West is within walking distance. The little garden is perfect, and we had a big balcony where we enjoyed our mornings and evenings. The apartments are in different sizes and they offer free parking.

The communication before arrival was good in writing, but poor English when contacting the reception via phone. Prices are high, but probably decent value compared to other similar options.

The staff was friendly & helpful. There's coffee/tea 24hrs which is always a plus. The suite was extremely clean and comfortable. Although its a smaller property, you have privacy, even if others are around. Location is perfect- walking distance to everything.

Parking is not on the property- it's down the block & not as secure. The option of a continental breakfast would have been welcomed.

The property is well maintained. Each room has its own privacy space. Quiet and relaxing.

Sehr Schlechtes Zimmer , viel zu teuer, Klimaanlage Katastrophe, Badezimmer Katastrophe, Bett Katastrophe ….usw

Es war kein "einfaches" Zimmer sondern aufgebaut wie ein Appartment. Es war geräumig mit Küchenzeile und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage war TOP - nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt von der Duval-Street oder vom "Southernmost Point". Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Es gab durchgehend kostenlos Kaffee, Tee, es gab kostenlose Sonnencreme etc.

Der Parkplatz war ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und sehr eng. Es gab nur wenig Plätze, die einem zur Verfügung standen. Wir hätten gerne noch einen Fernseher im Schlafzimmer gehabt aber das ist kein "Must-have" :-)

Close to Duval without being on it, close to Ft Zach Beach, and most importantly, close to the Green Parrot. Beautiful pool and courtyard. The front porch was an added bonus.

Location was amazing! Clean and inviting! Designated parking was a big plus!

Low on toiletries…it was provided but only a very small travel size bottle of shampoo and conditioner and bar soap. For two women that was not enough.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war deutlich größer als erwartet. Es war sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen kleinen Pool mit entsprechendem Pool-Bereich bzw. Garten mit Liegen, der sogar bis Mitternacht geöffnet ist. Dort stehen auch Kaffee und Tee kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls liegen Poolhandtücher am Pool bereit. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Key West zu erkunden. Es gibt einen kostenlosen hoteleigenen Parkplatz, der auch benötigt wird, da viele Parkplätze nur für Anwohner verfügbar oder kostenpflichtig sind.

Um den eigentlichen Pool-Bereich zu erreichen, mussten wir die Straßenseite wechseln, da unser Zimmer in einem Gästehaus gegenüber lag. Da es sich um eine kleine Straße handelt, war das aber kein Thema, könnte möglicherweise aber mal problematisch sein. Um das Zimmer zu erreichen, mussten wir eine lange Treppe hochsteigen, was mit einem großen Koffer durchaus schwierig ist. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht.

Location was good. Quiet at night. Good space.

There was no place to put shampoo and soap in the shower. It needs something. The toilets don't flush hard enough to push waste through. The stairs were also horrible for people our age.

Air conditioning from the neighbor room so loud that we hardly could sleep.

Great location, friendly staff, good price and a lovely setting. The pool was never busy during our stay and was perfect to relax and cool off in the afternoon before heading out for the evening. Free off street car parking was provided approximately 100 yards from the property. Short walk from the Southernmost point (10 mins) and about 20 mins to Mallory Square via Duval Street which is full of nice shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel does not have a restaurant but does provide tea and coffee etc in the pool area. This was not a problem as there are lots of restaurants within a short walk. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean and spacious room. A quiet courtyard with a pool. Property is just next to Duval street, but further away from main bars, so it's quiet

Staff and location were good

Ants on kitchen counter and A/C not very cool. Staff quickly brought ant traps and fan to room.

The rooms, the location, the staff, the pool and everything else was just perfect!!! I can only recommend Douglas House!!!
