Roaches everywhere! Wasn't clean, bad beds

the room smelled like cigarettes and there were no lamps on the sides of the bed

Nothing but my arrival was late and I had no other options

Insects in bathroom. None of the bedroom lights worked Drapes were horrid The room had a terrible odour and I had to sleep in my clothing

ROACHES EVERYWHERE. EVEN WHEN I STEPPED OUTSIDE TO LOOK FOR OTHER LOCATIONS TO BOOK, the roaches were running across me feet! And, we even switched rooms hoping for a better setup, but nope, there was a rat trap behind the toilet.

anything anyone could ask for has been written on signs for all to see. with the amount of rentees not one word could be heard at 9 pm

Nothing. The place was unclean. The first room that I was in didn’t have cold water running & the shower was leaking. Pig sty. The 2nd room was not much better, at least the faucets worked. I was there only to sleep & shower. Plus the noise from interstate 4.

We booked a king sized bed room, when we got to the property they informed us they didn’t have king rooms. They told us they have a room with two queens beds in it, so we said okay. Once I got into the room the room smelled like cigarettes and uncleanliness, the beds were fulls not queens as we were told. The sheets and comforters had holes and burns holes in them from cigarettes. The floors and bathroom was dirty and ceiling light was falling out of its place as well as the lights switches were an electrical hazard from face plates not being secured. I could hear what sounded like rats in the walls. And I know this is t the hotels problem but we had someone trying to peek into our room at 2 am and we were alerted by our dog and they ran off. Not easy to sleep after that, And broken glass in the walkway and parking lot. I will never stay at this hotel or others of its name again.

It had a horrible smell throughout the room. Roaches. A strange cushion toilet set-not sanitary.

Check in person was friendly

Bed bugs. Room door didn’t close properly. Room looked and smelt dirty. Very old hotel. Need desperate update.
