My room smelled like mildew and musky. Three of my four lamps had blown bulbs. My phone in the room did not work when I finally was able to find someone to come look at it they replaced some of the bulbs, but said they couldn’t fix the phone… every time I needed towels or service. I had to walk from my room to the front desk due to no phone in the room operational staff was super rude

All was great and helpful and clean

Many fellas smoking pot right at the exit/entrance doors where kids and their families walk through.

The only suggestion that they need to do for this property is the pool area needs something cool to walk on because that concrete is very hot it needs some type of covering around the pool. They also need to put towels at the pool for the guest.

First floor room with small dog. Was great.

Canceled the 4 days day's i was going to stay. But they wouldn't Refund my money. Mold was real bad in the bathroom an a bad smell in the room an building. Would not advise anyone to stay there.

I did not like anything. It reminded me of a very cheap hotel. Not what I expected. I guess you get what you pay for. I will definitely pay more. My husband wanted to turn around and leave when we stepped into the room.

Management was excellent and attended to our request. Hotel is very clean and staff was very kind.

Breakfast could use some work. Out of many items when we went down not many options if your diabetic. They are working on painting hot tub could use a good cleaning

Dirty and racist staff

The pool area is locked as it should be, however, in order to get back into the hotel you have to walk all the way around to the front desk. It felt very unsafe, and the door by the pool had a key card reader, but it didn't work for guests. Very disappointed. Also looked like the pool & hot tub haven't been cleaned in months.

STATED IT WAS RV BUS FRIENDLY NOT VERY FRIENDLY VERY LIMITED ON SPACE. ROACHES IN THE ROOM, NO POOL TOWLES, BREAKFAST ONLY HAD CEREAL AND COFFEE OR WAFFLES. BATHROOM FLOOR VERY SLIPPERY WHEN WET. THIS IS DIFFENTLY THE WORSE QUALITY WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT VERY DISAPPOINTING

The hotel itself was okay but our room struggled with hot water during our shower it would go cold and took forever to warm up

There was a very disturbing odor in the room that met us the minute we opened the door. It was overpowering and we could not figure out what it was. It had a 'chemical' type smell to it. We would not have stayed in the room but we were in town for an unexpected family medical emergency and quite a few hotels in the vicinity of the hospital were sold out completely. This hotel advertised as only one room remaining. We checked in close to 10 pm and were exhausted so we used a body spray that we had packed to try and mask the odor. It was a terrible night's sleep. We would not stay in this hotel every again and the price per night was outrageous for what we got. The 'remodel' that this hotel apparently went through took a lot of corners and the floors had not been mopped in some time. The elevator jolted severely when it goes up and down. I don't know if the hotel was trying to mask the scent of pet odor or not in the room but I do not recommend staying here, especially if you do not have a pet and do not need the accommodation.

Absolutely run down disgusting hotel with even more disgusting staff. Go to check in and the very rude clerk BURPS before talking to me only saying words like license and credit card, then BURPS out loud again and just puts door card on counter and walks away. It gets better, urine stained mattresses are piled in the hallways. Get to our room and they had literally very recently used spray paint to paint the tub and oil based paint to paint the interior door. The fumes were overwhelming. The ceiling was full of water stained soft spots and the tv remote didn’t work. $256 for one night in this dump and we left at 9pm because the fumes from the paint gave us headaches. ZERO STARS. I don’t care how much they lower their price or how desperate you are for a place to stay do not stay here because the only thing more disgusting than the hotel is the staff!

Value, location good.

Terrible possible toxic odor from applying some type of lacquer to the doors. Shower only had tepid water with no pressure or volume. The elevator made clanging noises and “dropped” with a bump to stop. Felt very unsafe.
