Location is perfect and felt safe! The rooms are a decent size for a family and they are super clean.

No refrigerator to store my child’s milk or microwave and the ice machine didn’t work.

a little confusion on the parking ticket. they kept it in the office so I had to leave my wife in the car and run back to the office to get the ticket to get out of the lot

Very plush hotel, clean with excellent facilities and friendly reception staff. Any concerns we had over its proximity to JW airport were completely unfounded. There was absolutely no noise - and not even any additional traffic in the area.

Car parking, though plentiful, involved a rather convoluted process of having cards stamped each time you came came out.

The breakfast is not vegetarian friendly. There’s no plant-based milk. It would be great to get some soy or oat milk for a very large number of people who are no longer doing dairy. Also, the water in your pots is never hot enough to cook either the oatmeal or steep the tea. I’ve stayed with you three or four times now and I always have to put the water on my oatmeal or tea, and then heat it in the microwave in the room next-door Surely a hotel as nice as yours and training staff to have boiling water for people during breakfast. That would be wonderful. The room was comfortable, the premises are very well-maintained, clean, pretty, and the staff is quite friendly. Your location is also excellent, right across from the airport

my room got flooded on Christmas so I have no where to stay. to say it’s already been a rough year is an understatement. I stayed at sonesta a week ago and my car got broken into and damaged. so I decided to try a different place… it was poring down rain and I had to walk outside past the pool in the rain to get to my hotel room (Atleast that’s what the lady said) when I got back to my room I got lost a friendly guy cleaning the floors was super nice and grabbed my bags and walked me to my door. when I got to the hotel there was only one trash can. my bed sheets were on inside out and kept falling off. I went to take a hot bath because it was freezing and the hot water didn’t work. finally realized if I let it run for about an hour it got a little hot… I went to go turn the heater on and it was sooooo loud I could barely sleep all night. but if I didn’t have it on it was about 65 in the room. every time I walked in the room I kept hearing a banging noise. I’m assuming from the tv stand in the room? not sure.

heater was noisy, parking was expensive and labor intensive with the barrier arm that can’t accept payment, and the TV was VERY difficult to get to work. Do not recommend.
