Location
The balconies were filthy, the wallpaper was dull and unappealing, and the prices were outrageously high for what was offered. Absolutely no value for money.

View was great. But not worth roasting in a room with no AC.
We paid a lot for a hotel that is supposed to be well cared for. Instead, it started with the elevator in the parking deck being broken, so we had to carry all our bags up the stairs. The sink in our room was stopped up. Then the air conditioning..... it didn't work after about 8pm. By morning the room was around 85 degrees. The front desk person said the HVAC units are old so it happens often and to quite a few units. So why not put in new ones? For roasting all night and losing a nights sleep, we got a day of free parking ($25), that was it. Not worth it.....Never going back. Get your act together folks. You are charging a lot - so you need to keep your facilities in good operating condition.

Beautiful property. The restaurant on the 20th floor was fabulous!!! Beautiful views, excellent food, great service!! I would love to come back just for that!

Location and staff
The cleanliness. There was what looked like feces smeared in the shower area as well as on the shower head. I luckily carry cleaning supplies when I travel. I took photos after I had started cleaning but unfortunately not beforehand

the room felt humid. the AC makes a noise when it starts and kept me up the whole night. the fan in the bathroom makes a noise like a air raid siren. one of the complimentary bottle of water had already been opened and someone had drunk from it. the water from the shower is very "oily". it almost feels like you need a shower to rinse you off after you take a shower. there was an additional $25 fee for parking the car at the hotel. and the WIFI was not even free, unless you register to become an Omni member...

unsafe and rundown area. old and dated hotel. security guards in middle of the night came to our floor because of perpetrators ransacking a room. food was sub par and wait staff was aloof.

The pool was the best part
They charged me without telling me that there was an extra charge for room service, the sheets I had requested I didn’t get them instead I got some hard brown blankets. The receptionist treated me like if I don’t belong there. I was about to leave just because were tired already I stayed. There in no cable or movies for kids. They were really bored with nothing to watch.

The water was shut off right as we were about to go to our dinner reservation. we were sweaty from walking around by the water and wanted to shower for our dinner reservation at 530, but couldn’t. It was gross to get dressed with a sweaty body for a fancy dinner reservation. Also the beds were pretty hard, as well as the pillows. For a nice hotel, usually they have softer beds and pillows.
