I have noticed in the past year that their options for breakfast have become smaller. I do stay there frequently because it is on the way back to Boston. Staff is nice. But this time I use the handicapped room and It definitely needs upgrading for example they just had a raised toilet seat that was on the floor that you could put on the toilet seat if you needed it and a tub bench. You could tell they weren't new. I'm a physical therapist so I know medical equipment. So that was kind of gross.

See above. The abundance of feral cats was disturbing because they were injured and bleedink all in front of our door.

The owner was an arrogant person. We had issues from the time we first got there until the time we left. I specifically called ahead, and spoke to someone at the hotel about having a boat and having boat parking. Was requesting a king size room which they told me they had and when I got there it was on the other side of the building from where I had a park my boat. Needless to say I was upset that I just had driven 11 hours to get there and find out that he didn't have what I wanted. The rest of the week went downhill from. There was issues with parking. There were issues with all stray cats that were being fed by one of the tenants, all over the parking lot. Then we went to speak to him about having our room cleaned and he told us that I had said to his room cleaner that we didn't need to clean. I'd never said that to her and he believed her over us. I don't care even if I didn't so I needed to clean. You always take care of the customer. First. We had a request on our own towels, our own washcloths and our own toilet paper. We had three overflowing garbage cans of garbage in our room because the room was not cleaned but one time all week. I'm absolutely totally unsatisfied with this property and the owner and will never go there again.

it was convenient. The staff person was very nice!

Maintenance of the room was not acceptable. The tub was in bad shape and covered with a mat that you can’t tell if it is clean or not. The shower knob and shower head didn’t work right. The bed covers had smoking holes in them and spots and were wrinkled. The lights by the bed didn’t work. The office chair and sitting chair were very dirty with stains or dirt. I would not stay there again.

Wi-Fi was not good

I was impressed when I first walked into the room. It was spacious and appeared to be clean.

The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat was loose, the door wouldn't close. The ice machine was rusty, the breakfast bar was very limited, and only two tables in the area. There was cereal, waffles, and coffee and juice only. They advertised a large selection and that was NOT what was actually available. I dropped a pill bottle on the floor and it rolled under the couch, when I moved the couch, there was dust and dirt underneath. For the price we paid, we were VERY disappointed.

was little fishy back area, they charged my card twice, I’ve called and tried to cancel I’ve stay for 7 hours at that place was on a road trip with mom and daughters. first address showed up wrong made me drive for 1 hour with no phones working. felt very unsafe with my family after the address was wrong and no internet. lady wasn’t really trying to help me on the following morning. coffee was nothing great
