Location

There was a dead cockroach on the stairwell. Beds r very uncomfortable

Assistance from Staff upon arrival and departure due my disability.

I did Not receive a Handicap Room as requested 3 times. My room location required extensive walking. I walk with a cane due to severe knee pain. My room had a Very low non-handicap toilet which was extremely painful to use due to height & required pulling up by holding onto the sink. The bed mattress, obviously old, sloped.

It was a lovely setting

Hard to get to rooms, had no elevator, there was no breakfast except for buffet which we didn’t want

Clean, comfortable, and a staff that was both pleasant and efficient, whether at the reception desk or either of the 2 spots for meals.

No exercise room no pool

The lodge and location were awesome

The food at the lodge was not that good, but Helen is right down the road and there is a lot of good food to choose from.
