Room was good and cleaned, looks like recently renovated. Definitely to stay again.

Location was good. Staff was friendly.

4 different rooms and they all smelled really bad. The last was better but it's been a week and I still have the musty smell in my nose. The first 2 were the worst. Once I was in the last room, I saw the lady pass by with air freshener going to those rooms...that is only a temporary fix. These rooms have serious water damage that is visible on the walls that were just painted over. The smell is being masked by air freshener and having the rooms very cold.

Bad experience!!!

Room didn't have toiletries in it. Don't expect to sleep in a clean bed. Housekeeping states they don't change their bedding, specifically their mattress covers. It looks very disgusting. You can very much see where the new stains begin on top of old stains and where it ended. Housekeeping says her shift is ending and demanding that I help her change out the bed if I wanted a clean bed. Housekeeping even asked my 16 yo daughter to assist her in changing the mattress cover when I wasn't present. Iwalked in to my daughter holding the clean linen. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to call the booking agency only for them to tell me the hotel has to do the refund. It's been 24 hours and I still haven't received my refund from the hotel. The receptionist states it could take 2 weeks before I can receive my refund. During my experience, another customer received a room that Housekeeping didn't clean and still had the previous customer's trash in it and unmade bed. She thought she had walked into a room someone was staying in. Service all around is terrible!

It was awesome experience, Comfortable bed and facilities. Happy to stay here and coming back again soon.

Peace and quiet. Great stock on amenities. Staff very friendly and courteous.

The location was the only thing I liked.

The listing on booking.com stated there was breakfast available, there wasn't. It was explained that the new owner hadn't ordered for breakfast and booking.com knew this. I asked for additional coffee and creamer packs to take to my room, I was given expired and curdled cream pods. No extra coffee packs to be found. I get to my room and the TV wasn't working(turned out to be the source button on tv) but the phone was broken and unable to reach office. Terrible experience. I will never recommend this motel(and I generally like Super 8's) The manager/owner was unapologetic and bordering on rude. I could have stayed(and later did) at Motel 6 for $22 less and frankly I stayed a week. That adds up. Typically for the $82 rooms I pick, those always have breakfast available. But Tacos were close by the Motel 6, across the street, actually. Really good tacos!
