A lot of Street noise

I would have liked it if I hadn't been so disappointed by the welcome. We arrived very late and planned to rent two nights. Following this welcome, we decided to go to Myrtle Beach. We will not return in the next few years unless we are refunded for the night whose dates I had changed.

I had my reservation dates changed and despite a confirmation the attendant forced me to pay a second time and I am very disappointed. I have made the change of date and I have received confirmation from your establishment.

The property had a decent location. Staff was pleasant. Overall it was clean and in decent shape

The walls are thin. Can hear everything above you or from adjacent rooms! This awoke us from our sleep every night. The carpeting is coming up at the edges in the rooms, elevators, etc. a major tripping hazard. The workout room had no sanitizing spray or towels. So no one was cleaning between workouts. Just gross. The lobby and pool area regularly smelled of cigarettes, purportedly from outside smoking areas. The room felt small. Really would not plan to stay here again when in Charlottesville, which is often

Door Lock was broken first night of trip and they could not fix it until the next morning.

Love the patio area, which gave myself and my party time to hang out for our birthdays. Also loved at the pool stayed up in until midnight versus nine or 10 for other hotels Late check out, was honored, which gave us an extra two hours

The room was OK though a bit dated, not what I would expect from a Radisson. They seemed to have bought a pre-existing chain and just changed logo and lobby. While the entrance lobby is large, the rooms don't reflect that. Staff were not particularly nice or welcoming. They just did their job. Parking was easy, lots of spaces. The hotel also had a small pool, a nice extra.

The bathroom was old and needed renovation. Breakfast was terrible and while I recognise that Covid has left its mark, hotels need to shift back to plates and cutlery instead of plastic. The food choices were lacklustre and paper plates and plastic cutlery is just a bit no go. Due to its position close to a interstate, the room was very noisy, and the aircon was mediocre.

A clean and friendly hotel. Good breakfast selection and convenient location.

The beds are horrible, cheap and the pillows are very low quality.

The room smelled, the parking lot was tight, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the room just felt dirty.
