I asked for a military discount and was told I had to go back to bookimg.com and do something. This is bogus, this should have been handled by agent at desk. Next time I will think twice about staying here.

The public areas were very cold. Had to wear a jacket. It was in the 90's. Had to go outside to warm up. One bed had sheets that were not clean. Crusty patch and black hair.

Great location, very comfy bed, pretty good breakfast. The best part of the stay was the staff on duty - excellent customer service!
Room was a bit grungy - needs a refresh.

Breakfast options were excellent. Highlight of our stay.
Room freshener was overpowering. Strong chemical smell and unpleasant. No soap in room, had to request from front desk. No elevator made it difficult for me and my wife. We're in our mid-80's.

We have stayed here before and each stay was good.
There were other guests smoking in their rooms and it came theough the ventilation into our room on two nights.

This hotel was very clean and updated. Front desk service was great. The breakfast was good with multiple choices, waffles were great! Pool area was clean and nice for families.
The bed was hard, pillows too soft and unsubstantial.

The pool was amazing, staff was pleasant and the breakfast was worth the room rental.
There was a smell in the room that was unbearable. Wasn’t offered another room and or a discount for the inconvenience. I truly hope they figure out the smell before renting the room out again.

The only reason we stayed here was the water slide and it was only open on Friday andSaturdays! That was a major disappointment! It was a holiday weekend even!

When we were checking out I noticed food and other personal items that were not ours on the floor. Yuck!!

No hot breakfast!! Hard to get achance to use pool/hot tub, so man u people using it all evening long!
