Breakfast was good. Location was good, could walk to restaurants and movie theatre.

The room had a smell.

The room was big the location was nice an the room was in perfect shape over all best motel I've stayed at .will return again

the location is great. close to just about everything. the staff was nice and helpful

the room I was in was infested with ants. I had to change rooms because the ants were bad. they got me a new room very quick. the rooms are very outdated and need an update. the room I got switched to was fresh clean and updated very nice except for the ants, though the ac unit barley worked. I had it cranked down to 68° and just barely blew any cool air. the mattresses are just bags of springs and very uncomfortable. The breakfast is garbage. I booked here to save some money but note to self don’t do that again.

Everything was broke or closed. Pool was closed. Ice machine and laundry room were broken. The telephone in the room was broken so you could not call the front desk.

Very Noisy, the people above me and also to the side, were partying until 3 am, then the drunkards began arguing and door slamming at 4am, then the noise proceeded into the parking lot, arguing , car door slamming and tire squealing in the parking lot - finally some left and the rest of the night was restful.... Bad timing for me overall I guess, along with a broken Ice machine, was disappointed there was only one on the property - should have been another on the 2nd. floor, but there was not, a place that big needs more than one - case and point here, also would have liked to use the Pool that was one of the reasons I chose this one, the Pool and close to where I needed to be... So you loose a "Brownie Point" for only having one broken Ice Machine, and a Broken Pool - I needed both by the way...

Clean

Front desk staff. Made several mistakes and would not hear me. I was not rude just concerned over their mistakes. Then one of them threatened to cancel my reservation. After they had already charged me twice for the room. Will not stay there again ever. 🙁😡 The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Red Roof Inn just down the street and a LOT better.

We got charged more that what booking .com quoted meToilet didn’t work and shower head leaked

Service slow, a/c barely worked, not enough towels, and I rented three of the same type rooms but they all cost different prices

Had to wait for 90 minutes to check in. Room was not ready. Attended a function after check-in and did not return till midnight and discovered there was no extra sheet or blanket for the sofa bed. Too late to call housekeeping.
