The property was illustrated on booking.com website as right at the cove surfing beach. This vacation would have enabled my 3 kids and i to walk with our surboards, to and from the beach in the am and pm. In actuality, it was much further, necessitating my driving them to and from each day twice and having to bike back to watch, given the lack of parking. It was $3K wasted, which neither booking.com nor the hotel would take accountability for; despite my being able to prove they advertised it wrong. Very dissapointing!!

Everything was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. Full kitchen with even a dishwasher. Also washer and dryer was a good surprise. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony with a killer view. Will definitely book again.

Arrived on Friday 3/24/23 for a weekend getaway with my husband. Upon arrival in our room was a bottle of champagne along with chocolates and a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Our room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Staff was available and very accommodating all weekend. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was a quick getaway and it was the perfect time! The hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly, and they cleaned our room while we were out.

Location. Cleanliness. Close to shopping so young kids could explore alone but still be close.
TV in one bedroom did not work. Light in hall bathroom did not work. Could of called front desk but the stay was short and did not feel like having maintenance in room. Other than those minor inconveniences all great!

Really enjoyed the amenities (especially the gym), room was very clean and well planned out and great view of the ocean
No onsite restaurant or bar, the address when entered into gps did not take us to the Sandpiper, which was odd

somethings in the room needed attended to...the blind on the door was broken,,,the bathtub drain ran did not drain well. There was never anyone at the front desk...maybe because we were off season but you could never find anyone to tell. Also we were there for USCG and a military discount would have been appreciated. It is a very nice facility but for the money paid it should have been perfect.

The view is perfect, the rooms were spacious, the property was very well-kept, the gym was amazing, and Danielle (who worked in the office) was a pleasure to work with - an incredibly sweet and professional person and a wonderful representative for the resort.
