Very pleasant. Good location. Quiet. A very good place to settle down after a long day of travel.

Location and extra space in the room.

Facilities were clean however seemed a bit run down. Paint chipping in pool room, broken ice machine and chipping floor in the lobby/ elevator area.

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean and very quiet.

A listing of the tv channels would have been extremely helpful. We had to keep scrolling until we found the news/weather.

The building was clean and staff were nice. The room was the perfect size and clean.

Had to check out a day early as my daughter wasn't feeling well. Desk agent at hotel said no refund because I booked through a third party, booking dot com'. Also I couldn't get any Wyndham guest points for the same reason. I've stayed in this hotel several times with my daughter previously. It was my birthday weekend, special occasion. I won't be booking any future hotel reservations through booking.com. Very dissatisfied with this platform. First time using it and it will be my last time.

The breakfast was ok. Sausage was soggy. Fair selection

The hot tub was closed. The girl checking us in was rude. She gave us a hard time about our service dogs. I felt like she was punishing us for a prior patron that didn't clean up after his dog. You can't judge everyone based on one bad experience

walls are very thin and we had to ask to be moved. very accommodating!!

there was stains on bedding and towels dusty the heater vents were dusty I got put in first floor under people stomping there feet up until 2 am so I got no sleep there were buckets on the floor in lobby to catch leaking water, also they advertised having a hot tub and there wasn’t the eggs tasted weird and the waffle machine didn’t cook my waffle all the way

The room was clean , the staff friendly and the breakfast was good. We stay here whenever we go this way

Cleanliness, access to pool, facilities felt fresh, well maintained. Staff were friendly.

Two shortcomings. The room key had a very difficult time working. We had to swipe multiple times in the hope of it unlocking. The room service person opened it for us the first time with her key and explained that that room lock was a problem. We should have requested a different room as it was annoying. On check-out, the desk person said it probably needed a new battery and he would check into it. The breakfast was generally fine, about what one would expect, except that the coffee was so weak it was undrinkable.

Prices are amazing..... Especially around the holidays. Location was perfect short to drive to york harbor. Morning breakfast was okay waffle 🧇🧇🧇 was amazing!!

Breakfast egg was watery and sausage was cold plus coffee was just water. Had to go back to room and make our own. Other then that everything was good.
