it's a decent place to stay overnight. there are several restaurants within walking distance, and if you are traveling with pets there is a park across the street from the property

breakfast is pathetic. muffins and coffee is what you get.

Staff was incredibly friendly. The beds were comfy enough - nothing amazing but definitely a nice sleep. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place. You can tell the staff cares a lot about that. We stopped here on a whim on a road trip and booked at the last minute. For the price you will definitely not find anything better and I’m positive that the friendliness of the staff, comfort of the rooms, and cleanliness of the place beat out places twice as expensive. It’s not a 5 star hotel (you can tell the building is old!) but we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was included but I have celiac and literally everything on offer with the exception of some yogurt was full of gluten (muffins, waffles, cereal). There was some oatmeal but that is sometimes contaminated so it’s a risk. Some sausage or eggs would have been appreciated but you take what you get for the price! I’m sure for most people the breakfast was just fine.

Toilet would run constantly showers weren’t very good and parking was blocked off for a tour bus so finding parking for a truck and 53’ trailer was difficult and the fact they reserved parking for a tour bus after telling us parking was first come first served

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. My children loved the swimming pool!

I requested an extra bed and received an email that there would not be any extra charge for that request, which very pleasantly surprised me. However, when I arrived at the hotel, after check-in, I received a notification from my credit card company that there had been an extra charge on top of what I had already pre-paid the hotel. When I talked to the staff, I discovered that a second email had been sent saying that there would be a charge for the extra bed. The charge for the extra bed was $5.00, which was very reasonable for an extra bed. I would just suggest that somehow a first response email that says there will not be an extra charge for a request not be sent as it was a bit of a surprise to receive word that there would not be a charge but then get an email that there would be a charge - after I have already paid and can't change. Thankfully the extra charge was only $5.00, but getting the correct info right up front is always better for customer relations.

Staff accused us of smoking in the room and tried to charge us a fee and kick us out, all without any proof and based on hearsay from housekeeping. No effort was made to hear what we had to say- they just assumed we were lying and acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. Completely unprofessional and rude. No smoking ever occurred in the room. Customer beware: if you have weed with you, don't open it in the room or they'll try to kick you out for "smoking". Better yet, just stay somewhere else!

Overall the room was very nice - I have no complaints at all with the room. The rest of the hotel was fine too - nothing special, just fine.

While there were still a range of options, I feel like the breakfast was missing some things that other similar motels have had.

The breakfast was the lamest we have ever experienced. There was hardly room to sit, but the food didn't really require you to sit. Truly it lowered our whole view of the place. The new carpet is nice, but the room has too few electrical outlets.

Location is perfect off I-70. The restaurant options close by were very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful!

The bathtub was very squeeky. No hand/body lotion available. Breakfast options were adequate but nothing special.
