The home was clean and comfortable. The house was setup to be dog friendly. The pooper scooper was a nice touch (but could use a replacement). We enjoyed the gift basket. The twin trundle mattress was too thick to easily open the trundle, so we decided not to use it, but everything else was great.

The Peach St house had everything we needed for two adults and for hosting dinners with friends and family. It was clean and near the downtown area so we could bike and walk to restaurants and shops. The large garage was great for bike storage. Nice back yard was great for the dog. Fruita is close to lots of gravel and mountain biking.

Great time at this property. Awesome location and easy walk ability to Hot Tomato, Best Slope coffee, etc within only 5 min! Garage was awesome to have access to store our bikes and great backyard that was fenced in for our pup. Comfy sofa and bed! Highly recommend and hope to be back again soon.

House was cute, homey, and comfortable, suited our needs for the weekend. Property manager was easy to work with, and would communicate through text, email, and through the app. Fenced in back yard.

The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We appreciated the oversized garage for our car and bikes and that our traveling dog was welcome at the house. Location was amazing. we were able to walk to downtown and other nearby restaurants. It was perfect!

We have rented a lot of different places. But this one by far went above and beyond. Their attention to detail was top tier. Cleaning product, cooking utensils, towels, tissues… everything. There was no stone unturned. The space in the garage was perfect for our mountain biking trip. And sweet fenced in back yard for our furry friend. Small town vibes just a few mins away from all the action. We also got to walk to food and downtown. Among many other wonderful things I could say about this place- the management was very responsive and extremely kind.

The property was clean and spacious for our family of three and two dogs. It’s been redone recently and they layout is comfortable.
Looks better inside than out (front porch and steps could use a coat of paint and beautification).
We are vacation rental owners ourselves, and would recommend upgrading the provided paper products. Paper towels, toilet paper are bargain quality, which results in using more to get the job done.
Our second time working with this management company and while we preferred the first house we stayed in for dogs (Atchee), their communication I was again, first rate.

Property appeared to be recently remodeled. Allowed pets and had a small fenced yard, big garage for bikes, and nicely appointed kitchen. Walking distance to Fruita downtown and grocery store.

This house was a perfect location, close to our daughter and husband. It has all the comforts of home. The yard was perfect for our little yorkie to hang out in. We will return if travels bring us back. Close to town. Walk to restaurants, grocery store, post office, etc. Quiet.

This property is beautiful and spotless. Communication from beginning to end was excellent. The Hospitality App was a great touch and had all of the info we needed. The property is a quick walk to downtown with restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Second time here and still loving it! The peach house Hass to be one of the best properties in Fruita. Have stayed at many other VRBO’s and this one really can’t be beat, especially for the price. Great location very clean and has all of the amenities that you would want.

Fantastic Fruita House
This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Peach House and it never disappoints. We have an annual mountain bike trip to Fruita and this is the all around best house. It’s very nice and comfortable and has everything you’ll ever need. I highly recommend this house if you’re planning a trip to Fruita!

Peach house is peachy
The Peach House is a smartly remodeled little bungalow right in town. It's one block off of the main street, where the cafes and shops are. Definitely walkable, while also convenient to all there is to see and do in the area.
This house is clean, nicely furnished, and affordable. There's a yard for the dogs, a garage for your car, a great deck to drive all fresco and it's quiet.
I would recommend this place to anyone, and would come back in a heartbeat.

This was an amazing property. It far exceeded our expectations. So clean, comfy, and in the perfect location. My husband said it was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed at many! He’s not easily impressed so that says it all. The 18 road mountain biking was epic. Trails for him and trails for me. We had so much fun. Thanks for an amazing stay, we will return.

We had a great time in Fruita and would absolutely stay here again! Perfect location in town, a garage to store bikes, (bike rack was a nice touch) and our dogs loved the backyard!

Fantastic house and hosts
The Peach House was great for our month in Fruita. The place is very clean, modern, and well stocked with furniture and kitchen necessities. The hosts were very responsive with the couple of minor things that came up. The location is fantastic and close to all the downtown amenities. We would preferentially stay at any of their properties after our experience here.

Perfect little in town getaway
Great little house right in town. Newly remodeled, very clean and functional. Great fenced backyard for the dogs. Perfect little spot. Less than one block away from a great little coffee shop Bestslope Coffee Co, and around the corner from the best pizza on the united states. Kristy and Mike are super accomodating and great to work with. Definitely coming back again.
