Clean and the location looked calm and safe.

Everything needs upgrading. The walls are so thin we couldn’t sleep for all the noise. I have always been a fan of Holiday Inn’s. the last two times is changing my mind.

DO NOT STAY HERE - asked about the hot water before we checked in and we were told it was fixed, which was a complete lie.

Absolutely filthy. Toenail clippings on the couch in the room. Incredibly rude manager. NO HOT WATER (which has apparently been an issue for months, meaning towels and linens are not washed in hot water?!) floors were sticky and disgusting. I couldn’t even put my one year old down on the ground to play because her feet turned black. TV in the room did not work. Iron did not work.

before check in day in advance I asked could I check in ealry and was told yes I call back the day to check in and a man tells me no they only do ealry check in for people with memeberships idk who in they right mind would pay to stay in a hotel with roaches im the bathroom then your supposed to get free breakfast but they don’t have no breakfast person on shift at all I will never stay here again and I will be filing a corporate complaint! on top of they you turn the heater on and it smells like the hotel is going to burn down bad business! i have been in hotel management and hospitality and this is not the place to stay it’s disgusting

Sofa bed was so rough

The pool was nice. No outside lighting tho. And wasn’t very clean.

Room rate was too high for hotel being under construction (wish I would have been aware of this), breakfast was horrible. Wasn’t able to check in on time because only 1 housekeeper on property and rooms weren’t clean. Nasty, musty smell throughout the entire place. Staff wasn’t all that friendly. Will not be going back there.
