Ideale locatie, goede ligging van het hotel (net iets weg van de drukke snelweg wat je bij veel hotels ziet), een goed zwembad buiten en ook terrassen erbij waar je kunt zitten, inclusief schaduwplekken. Diverse andere hotels kun je niet fatsoenlijk buiten zitten en ben je dus gebonden aan je hotelkamer; bij dit hotel vond ik de tuin icm zwembad wel heel prettig. Bij binnenkomst heeft het hotel een luxe uitstraling, maar de kamers zijn redelijk standaard.
Ik had complementary breakfast, maar dat was nogal mager; zou bij zo'n hotel wel beter cq gevarieerder kunnen.

Furniture is worn down, stained carpets on the hallways as well as peeling wallpaper, ice machines on the 2 floor are down. Mediocre breakfast

Boiler blew and we had to evacuate as fire alarm went off. Staff member was not trained to turn off the alarm or deal with situation. Did her very best. Fire department never came. Nor was any other staff there to help.

They gave me the discount and let me change nights one night without charging me. The desk ladies were so nice and the place was clean. The carpets and walls were clean too.
No breakfast, and the AC/Heater didn't work right. The bathroom was hard to use and get around for the shower. No non slip on bottom of towel.

Nice place, very friendly staff, and plenty of amenities. The room was clean, shower was roomy and relaxing. Love the fact that breakfast is cooked fresh to order. Having a bar on site is also a plus.
The room was advertised as one of the biggest in midland, not true. Having stayed in 6 other hotels I can say with confidence it's more closer to one of the smallest. The sheets and pillow cases were of a material the makes a lot of noise when touched. The bed frame also creaked and groaned with movement. The breakfast, though smelled delicious, was not complimentary, with the price paid for the room one would think otherwise... The bar was closed by 9pm, granted it was Monday, but who wouldn't want to go out, have a nice dinner, then go to your hotel for a few drinks before bed? I highly recommend re-imagining the concept of hospitality.
