The location to my needs

Unhappy that I paid through Booking.com then paid again at the site, and now my second payment is still tied up at my bank. I need my funds released for that second payment. Too inconvenient to book through a third party.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the beds were very uncomfortable and the toilet is to low hard for elderly to sit on and get up

The breakfast was a traditional continental breakfast, The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, We make sure we stay at a comfort inn and suites pretty much all the time as we have found, They are consistant with the cleanliness, sofftness of the bed and pillows, and price is comparable to other hotels of the same. We will drive out of the way to ensure we stay at the comfort inn and suites. Thank you for the service and thatk you for the consistancies you provide in all of your chain.

Breakfast was ok. Very Basic.

The evening staff was rude. The hotel was a dump. Our room had not been throughly cleaned there was a woman’s undergarment/panties left behind in our room. Upon checking out no staff was available to give me a receipt. This hotel was not worth the money.

Location was good

Check in staff on Thursday evening very unfriendly. Nobody at the front desk when I arrived. Had to wait 5-7 minutes before somebody came to the desk. No apology, no smile, no greeting. Very unfriendly and not very professional looking

Convenience to interstate . Beds and pillows where comfortable.

The night duty clerk. Didn’t adequately take care of us. He didn’t seem to be completely coherent . The morning staff clerk ( Tikira ) was excellent.

Location is good Bed is comfortable

Terrible management and service. There was no hot water for the whole duration of our stay - night and morning. The staff and management did not respond to us. It was supposed to be a suite, but really it is just a single room, with a sofa replacing a bed. The guests in our next room was so loud and noisy, all the way to midnight, and we woke up early morning by their loud noise.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the Monday morning staff was amazing! We had a flat when we got ready to leave and Nakira went out of her way help us make it to our event on time.

Convenience and comfortable mattress.. the frig was cold with a working freezer.

The site was pleasant but a deep cleaning and lighter carpet would lighten the atmosphere. Although in nonsmoking room stale smoke odor. LA

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was enough. Liked the location - easy to access in and out.

Was a little uncomfortable with a couple people "hanging out" in the rear parking area on a 90-degree day. Later a young man was jumping rope the rain (seemed like odd behavior). Turned out to be a staff member.
