I loved the room it was cute and cozy and the location was perfect we could walk to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was amazing and the free water, soda and wine was great as well as the fresh baked cookies. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple’s getaway.

Very cute B&b with incredible hospitality mainly thanks to Sandy! She was so friendly and welcoming. We upgraded to the Safari room as we had the whole house to ourselves. Beautifully kept rooms with recent renovations. Amazing hospitality with complimentary drinks and cookies at check in. Breakfast was minimal but still nice and definitely a plus with onsite parking. Amazing location. We will be back again! Sure hope Sandy is still there!

I wish breakfast was a little more “wow” factor but know it’s the off season with fewer guests.

The location was great! Staff was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Our room, lower part of the carriage house was cozy and nice and cool.

The bed frame was loud and unstable. Any movement caused quite a bit of noise. The mattress was a spring mattress with a foam topper which also didn’t help with the movement and noise.

The location is brilliant! You can park your car (free of charge) and you won’t need it until you leave. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast is very good.

Although we had no issues with the breakfast and throughly enjoyed it, You are not given a choice which could be slightly disappointing if you’re served something you don’t really like.

Food was fabulous! Great historic house with period furniture. Wonderful staff!

It was so well kept! the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.

It is a great place to stay and is located within walking distance to everything you would want to see and explore. The staff is very friendly and there to help with any issues or questions you have. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable and accommodating. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure. The location is perfect, right next to historic St Augustine and within walking distance of anything you could want or need. Our stay was wonderful and we hope to return soon!

a lovely old house which has been well kept and is the perfect location for exploring historic St Augustine, the bed was very comfortable and the staff are lovely.
