The bed in 210 was very uncomfortable.

Our a/c didn't work - but was set at 60 degrees. We requested a fan & the front desk clerk said she had to call her manager. Never heard back. It was near 100 degrees outside & we were sweating unbearably. They were full, all other hotels booked. We ended up buying our own fan. We asked for more pillows, also nobody got back to us. OUR ROOM HAD BUGS IN IT!!!

Ground level room which made it easy to take the dog out. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge were appreciated. Friendly front desk staff.

The floor was very dirty from the start, especially in the bathroom. Ants were crawling around in a few places, especially in bathroom. I tried 4 or 5 different times, Wednesday morning, within a couple of hours to call front desk to ask question, but nobody answered. Men hanging out and talking in and around their pickup(s) late into the night in the parking lot.

The breakfast was good but the customer service was excellent!

Pillows were wonderful! the sheets and bed were comfortable. the breakfast was adequate.
