After informing the hotel of out time of arrival and for card being charged after 10 pm before our arrival when we checked in we were told that our reservation was canceled. We were given dirty room . It was evident that the beds were slept in based on the condition of the sheets there was urine and used tissue in the toilet. We returned to the front desk with our luggage and informed the man on duty who said “ we are totally booked and if this room ( the room) doesn’t work I will give you back your money “ H e offered no apology .nothing ,we felt disappointed and disrespected. Upon returning to our room Saturday night there was a strong cigarette scent as it someone was smoking in the room our stay was uncomfortable.

Location was good for what we needed.

Management was rude and the rooms smell like patootie a scent not for everyone.

Convenient to my destination. Clean. Free breakfast. Room was nothing fancy but clean and comfortable

The staff was really friendly and trying to give us comfort on every occasion. i asked him for internet and we tried to connect but failed. But he showed that he wanted to fix the issue and that's amazing.

I didn't like bathroom. Kinda look odd and sliding door is just bad.

my toilet got clogged but that could have happened at my own home they quickly fixed it

The outlets in the room lamps do not work they are loose.
