Fiquei na torre 7, suuuuuper longe da recepção, tinha que se locomover de carro, estacionamento de 21 dólares/dia. Achei os atendentes bem abusadinhos.

We liked the early access to the park. The pool and complimentary balloon artist was great.

The food option there are not great.

L’albergo più brutto che io abbia mai vist9. Il cibo penso che neanche la mensa piu schiffosa abbia un cibo del genere. L’unico punto positivo che è vicino al parco e hanno un buon servizio di navetta. Ma alla fine abbiamo cambiato albergo.

Gostei bastante do hotel, o quarto tem um bom tamanho e as camas são confortáveis. A área de refeição oferece boas opções. O ônibus que leva até CIty Walk é bastante útil e os motoristas bastante educados.

Não gostei da distância do lobby até o quarto, muito, muito longe. As toalhas de banho, muito pequenas e o chuveiro muito ruim.

Further from the parks than I thought, not walking distance as I had read, passkey to get through gates took several tries to read, and the buttons on the in house phone don’t work, but you can call the operator and they are very accommodating

I loved the perks of early park admission and everything you could need is right on site. My boys loved the pool areas and arcade ! Great value for a large family

No fans in the bathrooms and shower areas

Amenities and restaurants and shuttle busses. The upgrade I got to family suite!! Had an excellent stay!! We will be back!!

Que la torre que nos tocó no tenía ni siquiera un microondas teníamos q caminar demaciado para ir a calentar....muy mala experiencia en ese aspecto.

Perfect for families. Close to the parks. Shuttle to and from the parks every 10-15 minutes. Good food for every meal.

The cost of bottled water was exorbitant.

The hotel was excellent! Great staff, great amenities, great shopping, great restaurants, plenty to do, great bus service. Loved it Will return!

My only negative would be more showers around pool and private ones for check in- check out day (when you don't have a room)

We loved the family feel and relaxed holiday atmosphere at Cabana Bay. The volcano bay room was fantastic with plenty of room for a family of four. Bed really comfortable and rooms clean. The diner and food was great and good value. We loved the convenience to the parks, the shuttle service and swimming pools on site.

The very long queue at guest services. The long time queuing for food in the diner at peak times.

Lack luster. I feel like I wasted the money. I could have had a better breakfast at a near by restaurant. Pancakes were too dense and cold. Food is too expensive for what you get,

Location and customer service

Just one Insident. one day I was buying breakfast we had a full tray no room for more plates and I combine a side of bacon and potatoes on top of another plate and this lady(employee) was following me while I was getting some drinks before I checked out and she went behind the cashier to tell her I had more food on the plate before she even check me out like if I was going to steal a side of bacon and potatoes. That was very rude she not even gave me the chance to tell myself the cashier what I had. Aside from this person I could say that this hotel has the best and prompt customer service ever. That was beyond my expectations. Highly recommended.
