breakfast room was clean and good choices

I asked for a ground floor room as i have a mobility issue. l They gave me the last room at the end of the hall.(102) My husband had to drive me to the lobby for breakfast. The door from the parking lot to get to our room. There was so much ice outside the far end of the hotel that you could not even walk. This was in the WHEELCHAIR AREA!! They must be waiting for a lawsuit. No wi-fi in the room only the lobby but again i could not walk that distance. We stayed at this property many times prior to covid. Never again. We checked out after one night. Also this morning i checked my credit card and they billed me for two nights. They were supposed to refund me for the second night. Lots of hotel choices in Duluth. Last time for us at the Days Inn.

The staff were outstanding: friendly and accommodating. Thank you. Even the eggs are good. A nice surprise.

Beds were not comfortable at all - very hard. I slept very poorly.

Our room was cold & the thermostat was very slow bringing the temperature up.

Carpet was dirty and bathroom grout was moldy

Room comfortable. Good location to see town.

Parking was not enough for guests. Cable needs to be looked at by service providers, had same show on 2 channels.

Newer facility

Smallest room I’ve ever been in for a major chain. Way too expensive for what you get (north of 250).
