it was false advertisement
this is advertising as a hotel but is an air bnb with the owner staying on the premises. this is just a room for rent at an over priced rate
all of it
the bed had a thick foam padding laid on top causing it to be a very uncomfortable sleep. and a rats are either in the walls or attic. we heard scratching in the walls at night

The breakfast was fantastic, obviously prepared by a trained chef. Only negative was I couldn’t eat it all because there were so many courses! No problem though, Freda provided disposable storage containers and I enjoyed the leftovers the following day!

The host Freda is welcoming, and she makes a great breakfast! The inside of the home is quirky. It provides an eclectic collection of art, various collectible items -with tags attached, funky furniture, fresh baked cookies, 20+hot sauces, hot water for tea, and comfortable bedrooms. I believe it has 3 guest rooms- ours had our own bathroom.

Feda was wonderful and cooked a great breakfast. She was very accommodating and friendly and went out of her way to welcome us and our dog..even to the point of cooking up some organic hamburger as a treat for our dog.
Parking is very tight, especially with a music festival that took place during our visit.

Freda was an awesome hostess, welcoming and very friendly. Her breakfasts were delicious. Her restaurant suggestions were right on. The home is in town which is a convenience. It was a fun stay.

The breakfast was fantastic as well as the joy Freda is to be around! From the fresh fruit, to the pastry to the fantastic chicken frittata. Her seasoning is home made and to die for! I purchased five of them! The ambience of the place is magical and the jetted tub is heavenly. I love all the wind chimes and the cute patios and plants she has.

Always Inn is super charming, fabulously located, right in the heart of the San Clemente Village. Can't beat the location. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops and the pier and beach (later for those who can walk hills).
The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Eggs with choices of home-made sauces with various meats. The next morning was an omelette with gourmet fresh veggies.

Separate lockable room, all amenities of a hotel, on site parking. Many secluded areas on grounds for reading and or people watching. Full WIFI and cable. Your host, Frieda, is amazing. Breakfasts were home cooked and fantastic. Typical beach stay, nestled in center of town. Frieda can guide you to the great eateries and local hot spots. She "knows someone". Has a excellent knowledge of the area. Had dinner on the pier ,over the water, What a treat. Visited a small art fair, and went to the beach. Great weather. Had a great weekend staycation.
Hard to get into tub shower and high bed as we are the seasoned traveler (older). Typical beach town where parking is always difficult if you venture more than a couple of blocks.

Breakfast was an incredible daily wonderful experience. Freda exceeded every expectation any traveler may have, with wonderful different daily preparations by Freda herself.

Breakfast was made from scratch. Freida knew anything to know about anything. My stay was more than perfect. Felt homey and very private. WILL BE BACK.

Our host, Freda, was fabulous! Breakfasts were exceptional. Location is great.
Room was a little cramped, but it is a B&B so that's not unusual.
