Very beautiful property right on the lake. Extremely family friendly, large playground for kids, 3 pools including a kiddie pool. Complementary breakfast. Looks like you can rent jet skis on the lake and there’s a small beach right next to the dock. It’s a quiet community and I loved everything about it. There is also a jacuzzi in the room that has jets and a balcony, + 2 separate sink areas. I loveeeeeeeed.

Rooms are semi-outdated and pillows were extremely flat. However i lovedddd the jacuzzi that sat right in the corner of the room. Felt like a hot tub. I would stay here over and over just for the outside space.

It was minimal, but enough. We did love the cinnamon squares. Staff was incredibly nice and patient.

The beds did not appear to be queen size and were terribly uncomfortable. The mattresses sagged. Pillows were flat. No microwave or mini fridge in the room like most places I have stayed.

The staff was wonderful and the entire place was clean and beautiful. We stayed for a week and not one issue. We will be going back for sure.

The view/location was fantastic. The staff was great.

For the price, there should have been a mini refrigerator. Having to take the 1 slow elevator to the basement to get ice was a nightmare. Also, I prefer to select my own cold breakfast items, such as they were rather than having to ask someone for it. Also, the pillows were awful.

The kids loved the pool.

For $350. a night, one would expect a clock, TV guide (no one on staff knew what channels were on the tv) and sheets changed. Let’s not mention a microwave or fridge. This was booked for five because booking.com. stated it would accommodate that many. The room had 2 queens so we paid an extra $30 for a rollaway which had a paper-thin mattress. Very disappointed in room, although when you look at the pictures, there are some beautiful rooms with balconies that overlook the lake and lovely cabins. Ours overlooked the parking lot. Breakfast provided was a joke-one employee who doled out mini doughnuts and a broken pancake machine. Tables were not wiped down. I used my own wipes as there was hardened food on our table. We ate out the next two days. You could certainly do better for less at a Hampton (or anywhere else) if you are booking just a room

The person the next room has been banging on the wall every since we came to the room, at first came she came and banged and said she was trying to sleep at like 9 oclock, then would randomly bang on the wall knocked on the door, and we were just talking in the room.no tv or music on, just talking we had to go sit at the bonfire and then the car to talk, very unsatisfied
