Clean Rooms … Quiet setting

The room was spotless. The young lady at front desk was very frienly. Location to beach was perfect.
The only thing i didnt like was there are no coffee pots in rooms. There was coffee in lobby.clean,

The hotel is not worth 500 for a weekend stay. My friend and I were up there driving for Uber and they had one room and I was in one room. We tried to combine the 2 rooms for the last night but they wouldn't let us due to some 3 night minimum which was NEVER mentioned any where on the booking site. NOT a fan, don't waste your money if can avoid it.

First and foremost I greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. This summer I have stayed in several different motels in Osage Beach and Lake Ozark. This was the only one that was clean and plumbing/hvac worked as expected. Other places have have been dirty, over-run with pets and pet smells and simply not well kept. Thank you. I will stay here again. Best room at the lake!

Check in later in the evening was good.
Didn't like having to use a code to unlock the lobby door just to get a cup of coffee in the morning. Didn't like not getting maid service for 3 days in a row although the sign requesting it was hung out on the door.

The room had new carpet, clean appearance, new bedspreads, heat lamps in the bathrooms. This was a very nice motel, not at all what you'd expect from a 2 star. It was much nicer.
There was only one bed side table and it would have been nice to have two. We had to drag a chair over to the one side of the bed to rest the fan on during the night.

We loved the location, quiet atmosphere, friendly staff and it was a good value and pet friendly.
Didn't have an ice machine, were forced to drive to the store for ice, also no microwave in the room and no access to one, that was very frustrating, we had food for each day we were wanting to heat.

The location was good and it looked like they were trying to fix things up.
The security was sketchy when I wasn't there. I had to pack up everyday because I didn't trust the keyless entry.

Location. Easy to find.
No staff in office. Called left message that we needed to leave a day early. Never was contacted back. Tried calling more than once. Phone in room rang both mornings around 6:30 am which I think might have been wake up call we did not ask for. We were on vacation and didn’t need to be woke up. No coffee pot.

The area's hotels were so booked that we didn't have much choice of where to stay. Other few choices would have been much more expensive
Very old facility. When someone took a shower in the room above us, water leaked through our bathroom's ceiling. That should give you the general idea. Definitely a bare-bones place.
