Hotel did not let me use the card I had booked the room with if I didn’t physically have it with me the day of check in, Don’t understand why!

Die Lage ist zentral. Die Ausstattung ok. Der sogenannte Frühstücksraum ist nicht ansprechend. In der Nähe gibt es Alternativen wie Starbucks etc.
Der Presi ist zu hoch für das, was geboten wird. Gegenüber ist ein neues Marriott mit einem großartigen Ambiente aber noch teurer. Es ist kein Urlaubshotel, sondern eher Business.

Great Location, walking distance from Irvine Spectrum. Parking is available and has an easy access. Room is clean and comfortable. Gym and Pool are a nice extra to enjoy during your stay. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Food is great.

Great staff at the reception, rich breakfast selection, comfortable beds. Ten minutes walk from the Irvine Spectrum Center.
A bit old fashioned with dark furniture, could have some renovation.

The property is gated making it more difficult to get Uber pick up/drop off at the entrance. The rooms were pricy for what/where it is

They were incredible! I loved everything about our stay! The staff, the room, location and convenience of everything was wonderful. We even had shuttle service to our concert. Would definitely stay again!

Location was great and was close to why we were in town and close to many food options. Food was amazing. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. A very clean location.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds and the staff was beyond exceptional. Customer service lately has been lacking everywhere, it was very refreshing to stay somewhere where everyone genuinely seemed to love their job. From the check-in desk, to the cafe, even the maids were friendly. Highly impressive and have been telling everyone about our wonderful experience here.
Bathroom could use an exhaust fan for the steam and more hooks to hang towels.
