Staff was super friendly and bed was comfortable

The room and building are old and run down. Wallpaper is falling off the wall rusted bathroom and tub vents were blocked

The staff was completely unprofessional. Complaints of sexual harassment and drinking on duty. And the cleanliness was NOT good

Front desk unfriendly also the room rate was $93 and when I review my credit card statement they charge me different rate ( $168)

Nothing. It was dingy. The facilities were ragged. The pool looked as if it’s not maintained.

We didn’t get to stay because we didn’t have the extra money for the deposit and we didn’t receive our money back either!!

The staff, the requirements, everything!

The location

The hotel is very dated. It needs a complete remodel. The furniture is old and stained. We requested to be moved to another room because the sofa bed was seriously stained. It literally needs to be throwed out. I have no idea how this hotel got the high rating. The carpets in hall, they need to be replaced. Shampooing them will not work any longer. Curtains dingy, torn, worn.Hotel appeared clean but did not have a fresh clean hotel feel or smell. The breakfast is horrible. The sausage was under cooked. The eggs were powered and tasteless. Microwave grits & microwave oat meal. Pancake machine pancakes were good. The fruit juices were watered down, but coffee was good. I didn't go back to breakfast anymore for the rest of my stay. House keeping has to be requested but can only be requested after 3rd day. Unless requested they will not even empty trash or bring clean towels. If clean towels are needed you must take dirty linen to front desk and exchange them for clean ones. I would never stay here again even if it was free..

The room and bathroom were very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good. We had the best buffet breakfast here compared to other hotels where breakfast was included. Hotel front staff was very pleasant, helpful and personable. The hotel overall was exceptionally clean. We loved everything about our stay. Very happy!

We did not stay for breakfast

It was filthy. Bad filthy. The chair in the room was not only work out, but had a softball sized hole in. (I have a picture if you’d like). The place was a rat-hole. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in - worse than a motel.
