arrived at room at @ 10.30pm. tv didn't work, room phone had no cord. ac unit was unplugged. refrigerator was unplugged. i made reservation online with a total amt due. i charged it on cc. when i arrived i was told by the attendant i needed to pay another 5$ for using online. following morning, i mentioned this to the manager who i felt was very receptive of all the issues i had and apologized for the problems i had incurred. the carpets going up the stairway had cigarette butt on the stairway. the carpets seemed like they should have been vacuumed.

I got nonsmoking and it smelled like smoke all over

Nothing, made reservation on line, got to motel was told they had no rooms, we were left to sleep in our truck as no rooms were available in town

The room was decent. The staff was polite even though I was pissed

I booked a queen suite that they didn't have. I was charged before I arrived at the hotel. Then I was charged again and at the same rate I paid for the queen suite they didn't have! I called this company to let you know and it was like talking to a wall! I feel I should be credited by the website for not getting the room I booked. Then paying twice for it and more. You offered the king room for 55. That's what we ended up staying in. Hotel still hasn't have my money back but did say it could take up to 24 to 48 hrs. Just very upset!

I sent pictures of the lack of cleanliness and when I notified the staff, they did not address the issues.

The price - for two rooms, it was the same as one room for nearby locations.

Breakfast was lacking substance, probably could have just went to a nearby store and bought cereal and milk (which is basically all there was) for less. Rooms had some construction finishing work needed, and could have been cleaner. Beds weren't very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and fixed my concerns with my room.

Rooms are DISGUSTING! The house keeping does not clean throughly. Showers are gross , I washed up in the sink most of the time. Breakfast was only cereal and Old Bananas. All rooms reek of smoke even the non smoking rooms. Bed had red/brown stains. Sheets were not changed! The chair in our room had WHITE STAINS ALL OVER IT EW. If you’re desperate, come here. Otherwise try the DayInn next door or just get you a 4/5 star hotel.
