The staff was nice.
The complimentary cleaning every other day didn’t happen, I had to hunt for toilet paper, towels and empty my own garbage for 9 of the 10 days I was there. Some woman knocked on my door around 5pm asking if I wanted the room cleaned!
No! Not at 5pm. There was a group of guys in the back parking lot playing dice on a Friday evening.

The breakfast was good.
The pool was closed for maintenance. They didn’t reserve a room with 2 queen beds so we had two suits instead with no door joining them. I worried about my 13 yo son being alone in his room the entire stay. Then on our second night they didn’t have us down as being in that room so they locked my son out of his room. We had to go to the front desk , at 2 AM, after attending the event we were in town for to get it straightened out and get a new key. Thank goodness his belongings were still in the room and housekeeping didn’t clean it all out!

The door didn’t function properly, the water drained from the shower slowly, the sofa was torn, the mattress on the sofa sleeper was flat as a pancake, and there were springs missing to support the base of the sofa sleeper.

The heated pool wasn't open because of the freeze. There was kids in the next room that was screaming at 11 at night.

The front desk excellent service and help me with Lyft and talking Lyft about how to get here in the home wood suites. it's the guy at the front desk on 9/2/22 the evening thank you I appreciate your help me.100%

The staff were polite.
Way over priced. TV didn't work told staff nothing happens after investigation I found it was the breaker. Finally told the staff and all they did is tell me where to find the electric box and told me to just hit all the witches till it worked. The shower had dirt on the floor when I turned the shower on it started to clean the floor then I proceeded to use a towel to finish cleaning.

Breakfast was ok
We booked this property for my daughter's 16th birthday because she wanted a pool. We called to confirm the pool was open, I confirmed again at check in before paying. We went back 30mins later and a closed sign was on the door. We complained to staff they were very rude and unprofessional even called corporate. They offered us nothing, not even an apology. I will never stay again and won't even reccomend!!

The room was so nice and comfortable. Customer service was outstanding. From everyone.
Breakfast needed more selection. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Wish they had a hot tub. The pool was warm but not hot like advertised.

I had to fly out of ATL the next day. I eliminated the drive from Gainesville that early morning by doing so. Too much of a risk to think that long of drive through the city won't have issues. Happy they had an airport shuttle. Happy they had optional reasonable paid parking for the week too. I'd stay there again. Staff was very good.
Airport shuttle is easy going to the airport. More difficult to schedule a return. That is small in the big picture.

The breakfast was exceptional!! I usually don't bother with hotel breakfasts but I am so glad that I did!!!
The remote did not turn the tv on nor did it activate the volume..

It was a decent room for the price
it could have been cleaner…the hallways and elevators needed to be vacuumed. We had food outside our room door. The shower curtain look like it was molded at the bottom 😩

Close to everything
Cleanliness, there were pieces of food smashed into the carpet. The toilet acted funny the final night then refused to flush the morning we checked out. We also saw roaches in the counter that morning which is why my bag is still in the car since returning home Monday evening. Today is Friday
