The location in Lake George was wonderful. Parking right outside the room was very convenient. We could walk everywhere. The room was only $87 a night. Luckily the bed was comfortable. We were able to use the tables and chairs in the outside space.

The room was small and outdated. There was very little room to put items. The lighting was poor and the room was dark. It was difficult to find outlets. Too many extension cords were in use around the room. The bathroom was horrendous. Tiles were missing around the shower and sink. Although the water was nice and hot it was difficult to turn on the water and get the right temperature mixture. We needed more pillows on the bed in the staff did get them for us. A space heater was needed to keep the room warm. The light in the bathroom kept blinking and buzzing.

The sheets and towels seemed new and seemed very clean. The staff was apologetic that the room was not ready on time and provided clean towels when asked.

The suite itself was disgusting and totally not what was expected regardless of price. The materials used were mismatched and shabby. The blinds were all bent and broken and did not provide privacy from the pool area where people gathered. The bedspreads had pill balls and were gross. There were no blankets. The air conditioning unit worked well but looked shabby. There was obviously a mouse problem as there was blown in foam under doors that were there but did not open. There was a dead mouse outside the door on the patio and a live one in the attached unit. The one bedroom was so small that there was no room for anything but the mattress, so a small table was in the closet with a lamp on it. Supposedly there was a pull out type couch to sleep on in the living room. That was more like a metal futon with a very uncomfortable angle to sit on with a thin throw type covering. It was very uncomfortable to sit on if you wanted to watch tv. All of the furniture looked like it was picked up at the curb (from someone discarding it) and nothing matched. The cupboard in the kitchenette which attached to the living room had no door. The dish drainer was full of dishes. Not sure about the cupboard because I would not have used anything there. There were no hand towels available nor anything else to dry your hands on. The shower was a small stall. No tub. This is by far the most disgusting accommodation I have ever had to deal with. The price was not small.

At Americade this location was perfect. The room was small, bath even smaller but serviceable. The area for parking is tight but manageable. I was surprised that they provided towels only when I requested them. I would go back for this event.

I expected a classier facade. I choose this for its location and value. I got both.

The size of the room was good. All electric machines were useful. The bed was big and very comfortable.

It was difficult to use the bathroom: there were no hooks at all. The windows were too big. The curtains were needed all the time.

Toilet was very low. Floor was dirty, sticky. Portable heater and AC unit in upper window. No bathroom vent.

Very friendly owner is slowly renovating. Generally clean. Single story so you can park in front of your room. Close to town.

Older motel that could use some additional renovation like new carpet.

It was the perfect price for the room and location. The manager was rather pleasant and the room/property were very clean. a separate area for smokers was appreciated. some shaded tables and chairs under the trees as well as a grill for customer use.
