Walking distance to the beach.

The place was clean, and it was booked solid through October. The room was clean. Accommodations are basic. I looked up in the vent above the shower and noticed exposed insulation. Bare floors were a plus.. Two beds with a tv, a fridge and a microwave made for a night’s rest. The accommodating price of $109 couldn’t be beat.

Beds are not to comfortable and rooms like tvs and stuff are out dated.

the room we stayed in was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. the bed had a suspicious white stain that was on the surface of the comforter. there was about 12 empty beers hidden under the recycling bin bag. We noticed this when we threw out garbage and heard a glass sound. the pillows are also about a inch thick no exaggeration and the mattress is hard. the floor was not cleaned and was showing a noticeable amount of dirt on our feet as well as food wrappers from the previous guests. when I complained about this to the front desk she said they’re had been nobody in the room so she doesn’t know where that came from. I asked for a full refund and she declined stating that since we stayed the night we couldn’t get a full refund but here the kicker.. when I said we tried to come by the office the previous night when we got back from the boardwalk the office was closed and she said she closes early. So technically we weren’t even given a option to leave the facility. We were given a partial refund of not even half of what we paid. I don’t recommend staying here the positive reviews are misleading.

Not much. The staff was rude and mean. The property extremely dirty unkept and rooms where overrun by crackheads (literally)

The rooms were filthy, bed sheets and comforters looked like they had huge blood stains on them .. mattresses were filthy..
