The staff… Owner was OK

Way too noisy, the sheets were disgustingly dirty and the overall area was ridiculous. I asked for a quiet room and instead she stacked the guest right near each other instead of separating us and they were only like four guests so she could’ve easily made sure there was no noise in between. A little bit shady as well as one guest was up all night walking around. My security door did not work which was also a problem

There was nothing likeable about this location. The rooms were disgusting, the customer service was nothing short of poor. I am an elderly person and when I requested my funds be returned the lady at the front told me to go online and do it… no further assistance or instruction. I didn’t even stay and they will not return my funds.

The room had leftovers from the tenants before myself. Drink cans, hair ties, and unmentionables. Over all it was absolutely disgusting.

Fishing a Bass Tournament on Pickwick lake so location was great. 5 min from the ramp. The room was very clean as far as bed, bathroom and tables. Plenty hot water room 120 must have been right next to the water heater because it was immediate when i turned on the shower and Hot. Outside plug in's for plugging in my boat to charge the batteries.

Coffee pot was not clean, had to run hot water through it a couple times and then wash it to get it usable. No condiment's for the coffee after i got it cleaned! TV didn't work but the guy at the desk was very helpful getting it going. Stayed on the end of the hotel and guessing the room 120 i think was close to the water heater and the pipes kept popping all night.

The bed was comfortable

The people running it was not very friendly. At first they argued that I didn’t have a reservation even though I showed them the confermation on my phone. Skimpy on towels and we ran out of toilet paper as there were very little on roll and no extra roll to use.

12 years ago great place.Now not so much.A little TLC and 1000 dollars a room would go a long way....

My wife went to the store and got cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom.

The linens had burn holes in them, sheets and blankets wallpaper pealing off the walls

The location was close to where I was working.

Room was badly run down, old furniture, old mattress with divits in it. House keeping came in daily to exchange the towels, they didn't empty ash trays, make the bed, empty the trash, replace the toilet paper, and they daily turned off the ac so it was hot in the room every day when I returned from work. They also had no vending machines or ice maker so totally unimpressive. I was approached twice as I was leaving for work by some strang guys begging for cigarettes, coffee, and money to stay in the hotel so security was non-existance. I would not recommend staying here. I hope the owners/management will fully renovate the entire facility, it really needs it.

Front desk had no clue I was coming. Didn’t have any record of my reservation or paying up front. Had to search for paperwork very disorganized. Tv in room didn’t work, air conditioner filter needed changed. Shower was super dirty and mildewey. Probably the worst nights sleep I’ve had in my life. Location was really good though. Served it’s purpose.

The air went out in middle of the night got real warm but I just delt with it till morning other than that a good place to stay close to State Park n restaurant.

CRACK IN THE TOLIET! TO MAKE THE TV WORK HAD TO BE UNPLUGGED AND PLUGGED IN KINDA A SHOCK HAZZARD. NO COVER ON REMOTE. CALL TO TELL FRONT TV DID NOT WORK LAD YELLED 4 TIMES MASH BLUE BUTTON. I SAID I HAVE ABOUT 100 TIMES. THEN SOMEONE WAS SENT TO SHOW ME TO PLUG AND UNPLUG TV ,
