the place was clean and convenient near many places. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The studio is very nice, great for a family, nice room design. Good staff at front desk, special thank you to Karen who helped us a lot.

The facility is nice. Clean laundry room, gym, and pool made this emergency, business trip easy. The staff has been great. The location is nearby many outside amenities as well.

I returned here after two previous visits. Michaelyn and Elvin at the front desk are warm, pleasant, and helpful. I had a king studio, which was a perfect size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. I love the heated saltwater pool!

Trying to get the TV/Wifi to work makes me nuts. Of course, I'm not particularly tech savvy, but I managed eventually. Otherwise, no problems at all.

Stayed a couple nights while attending a wedding. Location was great for that. Room size was generous and loved having the large fridge and microwave. Bathroom was very nice as well.

Breakfast was, honestly, terrible. Weak coffee and everything was kind of gross. I guess it's what you expect from a free hotel breakfast. I didn't come here for the breakfast, though... Shampoo/conditioner bottles good for barely one use. Seems like a waste of plastic. Would have liked to see refillable pumps on the wall since it's an extended stay hotel.

Location and lack of facilities did not justify price.

The bad: Smells like burnt hamburger in the room Bathroom door barely shuts. When you do shut it, to open it back up it makes a really big noise like a screeching noise but i had to keep it closed so my cat wouldn't go in there at night so it was annoying closing and opening hearing that it was weird. Dog barking whenever i step out of my room like guarding his room but growls at me kind of felt unsafe Staff is not welcoming and is rude People smoking right by the front door when i am trying to get my luggage out was very inconvenient to inhale a ton of smoke when i am not a smoker. Should have a designated place not right in front of the entrance The beds don't have siding on the bottom so my cat got under there of course and took him awhile to get out once i did house keeping tried to come into my room at 1130 am when check out is 12 and i told her that and she said oh whoops sorry. I think everyone should be on the same page when check out is maybe?

Because of covid restrictions, I was was presently surprised at the variety of breakfast options available in a safe and sanitary location. The staff was readily available to replenish the meal offerings.

When I booked the room, I was not thinking about safety features. My husband has Parkinson's disease and actually, because of covid, this was our first travel in 18 months. We have always stayed in a regular room . Although I loved the set-up of the bathroom, I was surprised at the lack of a safety bar of handle in the shower. As an older aged traveler, I suggest having at lest one bar available for holding onto getting into the shower.
